German term

ZUK:E4

German to English Tech/Engineering Automotive / Cars & Trucks
This is an abbreviation on a registration certificate part 1 for a Harley Davidson motorcycle. Shows up under line 22 (additional notes):

ZUK:E4

I think the E4 is a code that can stay as is but I don't know what ZUK stands for.

OK, this starts to make sense. The bike was imported from the USA, though the current owner does not know any other history prior to him purchasing it in a private sale in Germany. So it is possible that it arrived in the NL from the USA before making its way to the current owner.

One more thing Considering the other bit you quoted (see your second Q) didn't contain any spaces, this could actually mean "Zu K" - because:

"K

Nummer d. EG-Typengenehmigung/ABE"

Line 22... ...is for "Bemerkungen und Ausnahmen" (as you've already pointed out, ofc):

Was the bike formerly registered in the Netherlands? Cf. https://www.ecodrive.eu/de/produkt/rdw-typgenehmigung

PS
"E4 / e4 approvals
E4 component certificates are type approvals granted to individual vehicle components, such as lights, mirrors, brakes, steering, etc. These certificates confirm that the component meets United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) requirements and regulations regarding quality, safety and environmental performance. While e4 refers to EU directive approvals."
