Tony Keily Oct 15, 2021:
Careful! 'L'integrità del contraddittorio' is not to be read literally (i.e. to mean that the proceedings are in some way complete or in order), but in the context of the legal precept (joinder) governed by Article 102 of the Italian Civil Procedure Code.
Tony Keily Oct 14, 2021:
So I guess... you'd have something like "The applicant confirms they have filed proof of service of joinder notices to all necessary parties to the proceedings."
Tony Keily Oct 14, 2021:
Joinder of parties This seems to be regarding an ex-parte application for joinder of parties - i.e. having all 'indispensable parties' to the proceedings joined by order of the court. There's a good explanation of the required procedure under Art. 102 CPC here: https://www.studiocataldi.it/articoli/40064-litisconsorzio-n...

notifiche a tutti chiamati > served all the - third party - defendants, so notice had been given 'inter partes' rather than 'ex parte', now known as without notice post-civil justice reforms in England + Wales.
Peer comment(s):

neutral Andrew Bramhall : Yes, but it isn't about jurisprudence, but the direct application of law;//we all already know that, but you just keep showboating your " superior" Latin cognate knowledge instead of dealing in practical idiomatic solutions to legal questions;
