Informacje do UK

Polish to English Bus/Financial Accounting Information on invoice
The following information appears on an invoice and I'm unsure what the acronym UK stands for (nothing to do with United Kingdom):

Uwagi:
Informacje do UK
ZGODNIE Z PARAGRAFEM 9 PUNKT 4 REGULAMINU ŚWIADCZENIA USŁUG, W PRZYPADKU NIEDOTRZYMANIA TERMINU
PŁATNOŚCI, BIURO JEST UPRAWNIONE DO NALICZANIA MAKSYMALNYCH ODSETEK ZA OPÓŹNIENIE PŁATNOŚCI ZGODNIE Z
ART.481 & 21 K.C.

The invoice is for translation services and both parties are resident in Poland in case that helps at all.

Thanks in advance.

If "The invoice is for translation services and both parties are resident in Poland in case that helps at all.", I'd go for Umowa Kupna = Purchase Contract regarding to a translation. Somebody is going to buy a translation from a translation company, right? That's my best and last guess for today.

Still, only you know the text and context so I can't be sure.
Andrzej Mierzejewski Dec 2, 2021:
Matt, don't read our guesses and just ask the invoice drawer. They will know for sure.

Another idea: Umowa Kredytowa, or Umowa Kredytu - ?

No more guessing for today.

no US I don't think it's US = Urząd Skarbowy = IRS, as the information is not tax-related but seems to be information to the customer. It may also be the initials of some person. Client should know, and if not, I would leave "UK"

Matt, It's being practiced on the web, you just mask (with a black marker) the confidential data, scan and tada :).
But, yes, you did the best contacting your client!

My guess is "Dla US - Urzedu Skarbowego", typo ;)

Thanks Thanks everyone for your input. The fact that everyone seems as unclear as me tells me that there's no obvious answer. I've requested clarification from the client. I don't think I can post a copy of the invoice here due to confidentiality issues.
Andrzej Mierzejewski Dec 2, 2021:
Ask the invoice issuer for explanation.

It may be safer to leave the acronym as it is or, if possible, you could try to investigate with the client.
Katarzyna Terelak Dec 2, 2021:
UK may be an acronym for the name of the company from your invoice
