Polish term

robić sobie z kogoś jaja

Polish to English Other Idioms / Maxims / Sayings
"Facet robi sobie z ciebie jaja, zdradza cię, a ty...!" - oburzony przyjaciel do osoby, która ma problemy w związku i jego zdaniem, nie radzi sobie z sytuacją.
"take the piss out of you" nie wchodzi w grę, musi być amerykańska wersja.

neutral Mariusz Wesolowski : mess with somebody to annoy, worry, or cause problems for someone I'm tired of people messing with me and not telling me the truth. Usage notes: often used with not: You don't want to mess with this guy.

Thanks for definition but I don't see your point. Do you agree, do you disagree? Neutral is often used here for "disagree" but the definition, imho, fits the meaning of the sentence. What is it: + or - ?

neutral Krystian Kop (X) : I don't think this is a good suggestion for this particular context as it's not about disbelief or ridicule but rather about disrespectful treatment and disregard.

Thank you, Lilian. I like it too, but my sources tell me that the meaning depends on the context.

play head games with sb.

This commonly used American slangy idiom should fit your context perfectly. It is often used by females, e.g. my coworkers. ;-)

head game American English informal
