I need to find appropriate English equivalents of words such as: pył i drobinki. I searched the internet and I found that pył and kurz are synonyms and both are translated as 'dust'. Do you know what word in english could have the same meaning as 'pył' in this particular context? I do not want to repeat dust because I want use it in the first sentence.
Here is the whole passage: "Oczy nie przepadają za zmianami temperatury, ani również za zimnem, wiatrem oraz kurzem. Unoszące się w powietrzu pyły i drobinki stwarzają ryzyko zapalenia spojówek, jeśli dostaną się do oka."
