Actually, I need this whole sentence translated, but it doesn't fit into the field.
It's from an article about the elections in 2018 and I need to translate it for university but I don't really get this sentence. Translations into German would also be welcomed since I have to translate it into German but since I just want to understand it better it doesn't really matter.
