Thank you, Vladys! One possible option in this row, however I am not sure about it as well.

localized hemmorhage/bleeding.
A few instances of единичный (in particular with reference to metastasis) in the literature contrast the localized nature of единичный to multi-site nature of the множественные.

Since localized hemorrhage is the most common bleeding source in liver disease, endoscopic and surgical therapeutic measures, respectively, are warranted.

Discussion
При мониторинге кровотока в миоматозных узлах методом ЦДК у пациенток
после эмболотерапии в большинстве случаев (45) кровоток не был выявлен, лишь
в 2 случаях был выявлен единичный кровоток.

Possibly something like "insignificant" or "singular"? What if "singular", or it does not bear any sense here?
see:
The reduced blood flow response in advanced nephrosclerosis or parenchymal disease was associated with a reduced angiographic change during dilator infusion.

Possibly something like "insignificant"?
I guess, "deficit of blood supply" is a closer translation match even though it's a qualitative description whereas "единичный кровоток" or "единичные локусы" are quantitative descriptions.
Thank you for your help.
The term locus is often omitted, the blood in it is either present or absent, non?
