Spanish term

Edificio Handling

Spanish to English Tech/Engineering Construction / Civil Engineering
This is for a promotional brochure for a Spanish company specializing in civil engineering. They want it into US English and their target audience is promotors and developers. The text reads:

REMODELACIÓN EDIFICIO S.E.I., NUEVO EQUIPAMIENTO Y EDIFICIO HANDLING EN EL AEROPUERTO XXXXX

I do actually know what "handling" is in this context. According to my research:

So they are using an anglisicim to refer to all services needed while the plane is at the airport. My question is does anyone know what we would call this in English? I balk at the idea of saying "handling." Airport on-ground services maybe? Thank you for your input

Ground handling building

Hi Rachel,
I can totally understand why you would balk at just saying handling but sometimes (albeit occasionally), you can just use the Spanish anglicism in English.
I have heard the terminology "Ground handling" used more frequently than handling though.
Here is a link to the wikipedia explanation of ground handling so that you can see how it coincides with the Spanish one.
Hope this helps!

And all the other flight 'handling' services which occur at airports. And cargo handling. It could cover some or all of these.

To be more specific we need more context as to what sort of handling is going on. It could also be passenger handling of course.

The Flyport passenger terminal from Siemens is based on the building-block principle. Modular and standardized container units from the Siemens Industrial Solutions and Services Group (I&S) make it possible to very quickly erect a completely equipped handling building which can be individually tailored to match the requirements of any airport anywhere,

Another standalone reference
Travelling to the airport by car? Not a problem – there’s parking space for up to 20,000 vehicles at Vienna International Airport. You can leave your car for the duration of your stay abroad completely reassured at the open-air car park ‘C’ and in the multi-storey car parks of the airport, before using the extensive weatherproof and underground footpaths to move safely to the handling building to begin your journey.
