Provisionalmente interpreto:
"At those times when sales drop as a one-off basis due to seasonlality..."
"En aquellos momentos en los que las ventas caen de manera puntual por la propia estacionalidad..."
Provisionalmente interpreto:
"At those times when sales drop as a one-off basis due to seasonlality..."

sales temporarily fall/drop off due to seasonal factors
"Drop off" is fine if you like it but keep the "puntual" meaning by adding temporarily.

specifically because of...
Acá puntual debe entenderse como específico, o como dice en el diccionario Collins, aislado.
"At those times when sales drop specifically because of/due to seasonality..."
Espero te sea de utilidad. Saludos.

as expected / predictably
I'm going off-term, as it were, to fit the context. Assuming this is a product affected by seasonal factors, it is expected to drop off-season and that is predictable. So your possible sentences:
"At those times when sales drop as expected due to seasonal factors..."
"At those times when sales predictably drop due to seasonal factors..."
You could also start with "At those specific times when..." to get closer to that sense of puntual.
"At those times when sales drop as expected due to seasonal factors..."
"At those times when sales predictably drop due to seasonal factors..."
You could also start with "At those specific times when..." to get closer to that sense of puntual.

: Yes, "At those SPECIFIC times when..." reflects the real sense of "puntual" in this context, but that's not the case for "expected" or "predictable", again, in this context.

I agree with you Daltry, that's why I said I was going off-term right at the start. I was phrasing for the context and sentence flow. Yours is directly on the terms and I like Jenni's, too. Eugenio has some good options here to work from.

Thanks, Gallagy. That's just what I thought, so put it in brackets. Agree it's implied by the word 'seasonal'.

omit (please see note)
This word "puntual" is very commonly mistranslated because it is also commonly misused.
Here "puntual" has the meaning of "at a specific/regular time" and not "once in a while/from time to time".
Really the word here is redundant and the translation should be "at those times when sales fall due to seasonal factors/trends"

neilmac has got it completely wrong here for example - this does not mean "de vez en cuando"!

actually / concretely / in a concrete manner / in reality
"De manera puntual" means "actually," in a "concrete manner," etc. It has nothing to do with "de vez en cuando", which means "every now and then," "every so often," "from time to time," "sometimes," etc.
I would translate your sentence as follows (which I think is the only way to do it being faithful the source text):
"At those times in which sales actually drop due to seasonal factors..."
