The “eólicos” probably refers to wind turbines, and I have in my notes from a past translation job that "buje" in this context is "rotor hub". (I figured this out by looking at my client's diagrams labelled in Spanish and comparing them to ones in English found on the internet.) Here is a bilingual reference:
