Spanish term

Sensibilidad A

Spanish to English Medical Medical: Cardiology Pacemaker Follow-up
The following appears in a pacemaker follow-up report:

Programación:
Amplitud: 3.75 Volt
Anchura: 1.00 mseg
Sensibilidad: 1.00 mVolt
Sensibilidad A (VDD):

Datos Medidos:
Impedancia: 710 Ohm
Umbral Amplitud: 2.75 Volt a 100 ms
Umbral Anchura: ms a Volt
Sens P (VDD): mVolt

Can anyone advise me what "Sensibilidad A" indicates in this case - in particular, what does the "A" indicate)?
Similarly for the "P" in "Sens P".
I have considered "Atrial sensitivity" and "P wave sensitivity" but haven't been able to verify or discount either of those.

Cheers,
John

Thanks for the suggestion Anne.
Anne Schulz Oct 29, 2021:
@Helena In that case, SA might be sensibilidad actual.

Sens P = sensibilidad programada

Thanks for the comment Joseph. I went with "sensitivity" in my initial suggestion, as it is clearly a value rather than the mode. I considered "Pacing" as opposed to my initial suggestion of "P-wave", but am still unclear on this, so will stick to my initial suggestions for the present.
Joseph Tein Oct 28, 2021:
I would conjecture that the A has to do with Atrial; the P with Pacing. I'm not sure if we need to translate 'sensibilidad' as sensitivity, or whether it means 'sensing' in this situation.

(You're actually asking two questions here, and ProZ loves it when you separate these things.)
