SDLX lookup not reliable

When I highlight a word in the source segment and press F8, most of the time SDLX replies: No matching segments found.
But when I export the TM to a text file and search for the string in Notepad, the string is found and I can see the translation.
How can I improve the Lookup function in SDLX?

Hallo Heinrich,

If you want to look up individual words, you need to use Concordance search (F7) rather than the TM lookup function (F8), which is for segments.
