Source text - English XX’s user interface is not only elegant but is extremely easy to learn and use.
This chapter gives you a general overview of the components of this new interface.
Interface Areas
The interface of XX consists of the following main areas (see figure 1 on the next page):
The Sign In dialog box.
Contains options for choosing the YY server to log in to, as well as choosing which Edition of XX to use.
The program menu bar.
Contains general application options (Mac OS version and ZZ only).
Application tabs.
Each application that is accessed is displayed on its own page. Switching back and forth between opened applications can be done by clicking the page’s tab or via a keyboard shortcut.
Application panes.
Each application page is divided into one or more panes, each holding specific content or functionality.

Source text - English If the printer needs to be stopped quickly due to an emergency, set the Mains Power Supply Switch on the rear panel of the printer to the '0' (off) position.
If there is a hazard that prevents safe access to the Mains Power Supply Switch, operate the local electrical isolator switch for the printer.
Use the USB connection
Note: You can use the USB connection of the printer to save messages from the printer to a USB memory stick and transfer messages to the printer from a memory stick.
At the Print Monitor page, press the Menu key and select the USB option.

Qualora si verifichino condizioni di emergenza in cui non sia consigliabile intervenire sull’interruttore di alimentazione principale, utilizzare il sezionatore locale del codificatore.
Utilizzo della connessione USB
Nota: per salvare i messaggi su una chiavetta USB e trasferirli sul codificatore dalla chiavetta, è possibile utilizzare il connettore USB del codificatore.
Nella pagina Monitor di stampa, premere il tasto Menu e selezionare l'opzione USB.
