Source text - English Any use by Licensee of XYZ not expressly permitted in Section 2 above is expressly prohibited and any such unauthorized use shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement by Licensee.
This prohibition includes (but is not limited to):
- to copy, reproduce, manufacture or distribute (free of charge or otherwise) XYZ, in whole or in part, in any media;
- to transfer, sell, sublicense or lease any rights in and to XYZ to third parties;
- to use XYZ contrary to morality or applicable law;

- decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble XYZ.

Source text - English First impressions are crucial to successful teaching. This not only applies on the personal level, the first time a trainer and a learner meet, it also applies on a pedagogical level, the first time a learner encounters new subject matter.
If a lesson gets off to a good start, both the trainer and the learners should enjoy the snowball effect of motivated people working together dynamically. Conversely, if a lesson starts badly, motivation and momentum fade and the experience deteriorates into an uphill grind! The aims of the sessions in this pamphlet are, a) to impress upon trainees the importance of both preparing lessons beforehand and starting them well, b) to enable them to approach these tasks systematically and professionally, and c) to give them the confidence to handle these responsibilities.
Translation - Italian Alla base di un programma d’insegnamento di successo le prime impressioni hanno un ruolo fondamentale, non solo a livello personale durante il primo incontro fra docente ed allievo, ma anche a livello didattico, quando cioè un allievo si trova ad affrontare per la prima volta un argomento nuovo. Se una lezione inizia in maniera positiva, insegnante ed allievo avranno tutti i benefici derivanti da un’interazione dinamica fra persone caratterizzate da un buon livello di motivazione. Al contrario, se una lezione non inizia bene, il livello di motivazione e di slancio verranno scemando e l'esperienza si deteriorerà fino a diventare un lavoro estremamente faticoso.
Gli obiettivi delle sessioni contenute in questo opuscolo sono: a) far comprendere ai corsisti l’importanza del preparare in anticipo le lezioni e di far sì che ogni lezione parta bene b) renderli in grado di espletare questi compiti in maniera sistematica e professionale, e c) dar loro la fiducia in loro stessi per gestire bene queste responsabilità.
