Translation - English The presence of the cladding slows down the thermal exchanges between the flames or hot gases and the insulation. This is particularly vital where combustible insulation has been used. The cladding sheets will help to inhibit pyrolysis of the insulation and diminish the speed at which flammable gases form, thus reducing the power of the fire. However, above a certain temperature, this protection can no longer be guaranteed.
