Source text - Romanian Acest studiu este efectuat pe pacienţi diagnosticaţi cu sindrom coronarian acut (fluxul sangvin către o anumită parte a inimii este scăzut, posibil din cauza unui trombus pe una din arterele îngustate ale inimii). Boala necesită tratament medical şi o strategie invazivă precoce care ar putea duce la o procedură numită Intervenţie Coronariană Percutanată (ICP). Această procedură ar trebui să readucă fluxul sangvin din vasele inimii la un nivel normal.
Clopidogrelul şi acidul acetil salicilic (aspirina) sunt două medicamente administrate oral care inhibă agregarea plachetară (particule din sânge care favorizează formarea de trombus) prin diverse mecanisme, pentru a se putea preveni formarea de trombus. Clopidogrelul în combinaţie cu acidul acetil salicilic (aspirina) sunt folosite pe scară largă în tratarea pacienţilor care suferă de acelaşi tip de boală ca a dvs. în cadrul mai multor studii clinice şi trebuie folosite conform recomandărilor medicale.
Scopul acestui studiu clinic este de a evalua măsura în care o doză mai mare de Clopidogrel este mai eficientă decât o doză mai mică administrată în combinaţie cu aspirină pentru reducerea simptomelor bolii dumneavoastră. Vor fi evaluate de asemenea două dozaje diferite de aspirină.
Translation - English This study was made on patients diagnosed with acute coronary syndrome (low blood flow to a certain part of the heart, possibly because of a thrombus inside one of the narrowed heart arteries). The disease requires medical treatment and an early invasive strategy, which might call for a procedure called Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI). This procedure should lower heart vessel blood flow to a normal level.
Clopidogrel and acetyl salicylic acid (aspirin) are two orally administered drugs that inhibit platelet aggregation (blood particles facilitating thrombus formation) by means of various mechanisms, in order to prevent thrombus formation. Clopidogrel combined with acetyl salicylic acid (aspirin) are widely used in many clinical studies for treating patients who suffer from the same disease type as you, and these drugs must be used according to medical prescription.
The aim of this clinical study is to evaluate in what measure a higher dose of Clopidogrel is more efficient than a lower dose administered in combination with aspirin in order to reduce the symptoms of your disease. Two different aspirin doses will be also assessed.
