Source text - German Das italienische Unternehmen XY stellt einige neue Widerstandsschweißmaschinen für die Karosseriereparatur vor. Die „ABC“ hat eine Mikroprozessorsteuerung und wird über einen Touch-Screen bedient. Die montierte Schweisszange arbeitet mit Inverter-Technik und einem integrierten Transformator: Die beiden Techniken ermöglicht verschiedene Fügetechniken.
Die „0815“ ist eine Gleichstrom-Schweißmaschine mit Inverter-Technik. Sie hat voreingestellte Schweißprogramme – auch für hochfeste Metalle. Mit ihr lassen sich auch Bleche ausrichten und erhitzen sowie Schrauben und/oder Nieten anschweißen.
Des Weiteren zeigt XY den Spotter „123“. Er gibt mittels einer Kondensatorenentladung die Schweißleistung in einer sehr kurzen Zeit (2 bis 3 ms) ab. Dadurch lassen sich Bolzen mit einem Durchmesser von 6 bis 8 Millimetern schweißen. Die hohe Geschwindigkeit verhindert die Verformung auf der Rückseite der Bleche. Es lassen sich auch lackierte, vorlackierte, plastifizierte und verzinkte Bleche schweißen.

The "0815" is a DC welding machine with inverter technology and pre-set welding programmes – even for very tough metals – that aligns and heats up metal sheets and welds on screws and/or rivets.
Furthermore XY presents the spotter "123". Through capacitor discharge welding performance occurs in very short intervals of 2 to 3 ms which enables welding of studs with diameters of 6 to 8 millimetres; the speedy performance prevents the back of the metal sheet from deformation. Even painted, primed, plasticised and galvanised sheets can be welded.
