Source text - Portuguese Esta pesquisa indaga a percepção do risco ambiental e a relação com diferentes atores, relacionado a indústria curtidora, no Vale do Rio do Sinos, Brasil. Tal análise encontra-se na teoria construtivista, explicando como surge a percepção do risco. ao mesmo tempo que questiona a abstração dessas teorias e a dificuldade de aplicá-las a realidade dos países subdesenvolvidos. Ainda que o foco deste artigo centre-se numa revisão teórica sobre as teorias do risco, o mesmo se fundamenta em dados coletados para uma pesquisa mais ampla, onde foram aplicados 307 questionários e 32 entrevistas a diferentes atores (trabalhadores, administração pública, ONGs, vizinhos e empresários). Em relação à percepção dos riscos, veremos que está inserida na formação social, histórica e cultural da comunidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos. Por outro lado, o contexto local enfatiza a dinâmica da industrialização como base para o progresso; assim, mesmo identificando, em parte, os riscos, os mesmos são negados ou silenciados pela dependência econômica (emprego e renda) do setor industrial.
Translation - English This survey investigates the environmental risk perception and the relationship with different actors, related to the tanning industry in the Sinos Valley region (Vale do Rio dos Sinos), Brazil. Such analysis lies in the constructivist theory, explaining how the Perceived Risk arises, while questioning the abstraction of these theories and the difficulty of applying them to the reality of underdeveloped countries. Even though the focus of this survey focuses on a theoretical review of the theories of risk, it is based on collected data for a larger study, in which were applied 307 questionnaires and 32 interviews with different actors (workers, public administration, NGOs, neighbors and entrepreneurs). In relation to the risk perception, we will see that it is embedded in the social formation, historical and cultural community of the Sinos Valley. On the other hand, the local context emphasizes the dynamics of industrialization as the basis for progress. Thus, even identifying, in part, the risks, they are denied or silenced by the economic dependence (employment and income) of the industrial sector.

Source text - English Working Capital is one of the fundamental points for a Company to grow consistently. This issue is directly linked to the company's cash and it is this which defines whether the organization will have or not have resources to supply its needs. Most industries cannot adjust its financial cycle, in such a way that its inputs and outputs of resources occur in synchrony. Thus, companies end up seeking external sources to leverage their investments. Based on this scenario, the research has as main objectives to analyze the available financing lines in the domestic market; identify less onerous options to finance working capital needs; point out the main guarantees required in each modality researched; present the case study of the company Artecola Indústrias Químicas Ltda.;as well as its main characteristics about the financing of working capital; besides to identify the financing lines suited to the needs presented by the company. This Paper is based on a Bibliographical Research and Case Study, with respect to its descriptive procedures with regard to its objectives and has quantitative and qualitative characteristics as to approach the problem. It is presumed that companies face daily situations in which they must decide how to finance its working capital, with many alternatives offered by financial institutions, among them the Guaranteed Account (Conta Garantida), the Working Capital Financing (Financiamento de Capital de Giro) and Discount Bills (Desconto de Duplicatas). Comparing these three modalities, the obtained main results were that the account guaranteed in a specific situation has a lower cost than the other operations. However, in most cases, the Financing Working Capital ends up being the most economical option for the company.

Este tema tem ligação direta com o caixa da empresa e é ele quem define se a organização terá, ou não, recursos para suprir suas necessidades. A maior parte das indústrias, não consegue ajustar seu ciclo financeiro de tal forma que suas entradas e saídas de recursos ocorram em sincronia. Assim, as empresas acabam buscando fontes externas para alavancar seus investimentos. Source text - Portuguese Tendo em vista que o processo de consumo não se resume à compra de mercadorias, e que vivenciamos um momento de negociação de discursos entre consumidores e anunciantes, potencializado pelas ferramentas dos meios de comunicação pós-massivos, este artigo pretende refletir sobre o fenômeno da humanização do discurso das marcas. Para isso, tomaremos como referência as considerações sobre a mudança do fluxo comunicacional da linguagem publicitária (BEKESAS, 2012), as características da cibercultura (LEMOS; LÉVY, 2010), a cultura da participação (SHIRKY, 2011) e a necessidade de uma conduta ética para a manutenção da credibilidade das empresas (BLACKSHAW, 2010). Neste trabalho, também citaremos casos ilustrativos da humanização dos discursos das marcas colhidas nas redes sociais na Internet, como forma de exemplificar os esforços das empresas em manter a integridade da imagem da marca no atual cenário do refluxo comunicacional.
Translation - English Considering that the consumption process is not limited to the purchase of goods, and that we experience a moment of negotiation of the discourses between consumers and advertisers boosted by the tools of post-massive Media, this article aims to reflect on the phenomenon of the humanization of the trademarks discourse. Thus, we take as reference the considerations about changing the communication flow of the advertising language (BEKESAS 2012), the characteristics of cyberculture (LEMOS; LÉVY 2010), the culture of participation (SHIRKY 2011) and the need for ethical conduct to maintain the credibility of companies (BLACKSHAW 2010). This article also will cite illustrative cases of the humanization of the trademarks discourses collected on social networks in the Internet as a way to exemplify the companies’ efforts to maintain the integrity of the trademark image in the current scenario of the communicational reflux.

Source text - Portuguese Este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar a responsabilidade diante da alienação do menos disposto ao dever claro de acordo com a Lei nº 12.318/2010, que trata da Alienação Parental, que é a influência de um dos pais, família ou até mesmo de outra pessoa que tenha sob a sua autoridade, fiscalização ou guarda de um menor com a intenção de repudiar o outro progenitor. Destacaremos as estruturas de proteção à criança, como o Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente, se foi aplicado não só no nosso ordenamento jurídico, mas também pelos órgãos públicos, cujo plano é proteger os direitos fundamentais das crianças e dos adolescentes. Destacamos, ainda, que esta é uma questão de grande importância, uma vez que lida com menores de idade que ainda estão em formação, podendo haver um grande dano psicológico sobre eles. Além disso, abordaremos que isto é caracterizado pela alienação parental, cujos mecanismos de intervenção podem assegurar o juiz em favor do menor, variando desde uma simples advertência até mesmo a inversão da guarda.
Translation - English This work aims to analyze the liability in the face of alienating the less disposed to light duty in accordance with the Law No. 12.318/2010, which comes on Parental Alienation, which is the influence of a parent, family or even another person having under his authority, supervision or custody of the minor with the intent to repudiate the other parent. We will highlight the structures of child protection as the Statute of Children and Adolescents, whether it has been applied not only in our legal system, but also by public agencies whose plan is to protect the fundamental rights of children and adolescents. We point out further that this is a matter of great importance, because it deals with minors who are still being formed, and can bring great psychological damage on them. We will address, in addition, that this is characterized by parental alienation, which the intervention mechanisms can ensure the judge in favor of the smaller, ranging from a simple warning to even the inversion of the guard.

No primeiro momento, serão apresentados aspectos da prova testemunhal prestada pela criança vítima do crime de abuso sexual, tendo como fator mais delicado a forma na qual os infantes são questionados e a falibilidade das suas memórias. Posteriormente, será tratado a respeito das Falsas Memórias, em que serão apresentados os reflexos que um depoimento baseado em falsas recordações pode ocasionar no processo, no qual as inquirições podem ser contaminadas de forma espontânea ou intencional. Por fim, será feita uma análise do procedimento do Depoimento sem Dano, sendo uma alternativa de redução de danos que visa à melhoria da prova produzida, almejando obter um depoimento livre de contaminações e a proteção das crianças. Embora seja um método com diversas posições críticas, o Depoimento sem Dano tem sido utilizado para tentar alcançar credibilidade no testemunho e uma jurisdição exemplar.
Translation - English This paper aims to analyze the complexity of the phenomenon of false memories which is why many researches about their proportions both in the psychological realm, but mostly legal. At first, will be presented aspects of witness evidence given by the child victim of sexual abuse crime, with the most delicate factor, the form in which infants are questioned and the fallibility of their memories. Later, it will be treated in respect of False Memories, where the reflections that a false memories based on testimony will be presented may result in the process, in which inquiries may be contaminated spontaneously or intentionally. Finally, an analysis of the testimony without damage procedure will be made, as an alternative harm reduction aimed at the improvement of the evidence to obtain a free testimony of contamination and the protection of children. Although, it is a method with several critical positions the no damage deposition has been used to try to achieve credibility in the testimony and a copy jurisdiction.

Source text - Portuguese Esta pesquisa visa compreender como os professores que trabalham com alunos de inclusão de escolas regulares da Rede Municipal de Ensino de Porto Alegre (RME) percebem a inclusão de alunos com deficiências nas escolas. Tal demanda nasceu com a caminhada da pesquisadora no campo educacional, pois desde que iniciou sua jornada ininterruptamente teve alunos de inclusão e o trabalho sempre previu a individualidade destes sujeitos frente a construção do conhecimento. Com o ingresso no curso de Mestrado em Educação, a pesquisadora deparou-se com a dificuldade dos demais professores em lidar com os alunos de inclusão nas salas de aula; portanto surgiu a necessidade deste estudo. O problema pesquisado foi a percepção dos professores das escolas da RME de Porto Alegre diante do processo de inclusão escolar. Esta pesquisa foi fundamentada em uma abordagem qualitativa, utilizando a entrevista semiestruturada como instrumento de coleta de dados; para a análise de dados foi utilizada a Análise de Conteúdo. Os caminhos teóricos da pesquisa abordaram temas como a Defectologia, a inclusão escolar, desenvolvimento sócio cultural e subjetividade. Buscou-se também abranger nesta pesquisa os aspectos subjetivos que envolvem a formação dos professores bem como os sentidos da docência para os entrevistados. Neste percurso investigativo surgiu um diálogo interessante entre a inclusão escolar de alunos com deficiências e a inclusão social. Ao longo da jornada percebemos professores comprometidos com a inclusão educacional e interessados em aprender cada vez mais em prol dos seus alunos. Em relação aos achados da pesquisa, podemos afirmar que significar a docência para as professoras entrevistadas está atrelado a formação pessoal de cada uma delas e aos desafios diários que elas enfrentam destacando desde a falta de formação adequada até a carência de recursos humanos. Contudo, sentem-se felizes com seu trabalho, haja vista que buscaram uma formação em inclusão educacional que pudesse lhes dar suporte para melhorar seu atendimento pedagógico aos alunos com deficiências.
Translation - English This research aims to understand the way teachers from regular schools from the Municipal Porto Alegre Net (RME) perceive the inclusion of students with disabilities, at school. This need rose along the walk of a researcher in the educacional Field, thus since she started her journey she always had inclusion´s students and this work always took into account the individulity of these subjects face to the consctruction of the knowledge. Entering the Master Course of Education, this student faced the same dificulty of other teachers in how to deal with inclusion´s students, this way rose the need of this study. The problem researched was the perception of the teachers in the schools RME of Porto Alegre before the process of school inclusion. This research was based on a qualitative approach, using a semi-structured interview as a data collection instrument; for the analysis of data was used for Analysis of Content. The paths of theoretical research discussed issues such as the Defectologia, the school inclusion, social development and cultural subjectivity. We also search in this research the subjective aspects which involve the teachers formation as well as the meaning of teaching for the interviewees. In this investigative way an interesting dialogue rose between school inclusion of students with disabilities and social inclusion. Along the journey we could notice teachers commited with educacional inclusion and interested in learning each time more for their students. In relation to the research findings, we can cite that mean teaching to the teachers interviewed is linked to the daily challenges they face and that permeates from lack of proper training to the shortage of human resources. However, they are happy with their work, given that sought training in inclusion that could support them to improve their educational services to students with disabilities.

Source text - English Tomato is a fruit originally from tomato belonging of South America, Solanum lycopersicum L. species is very consumed worldwide by getting nutritional properties, but farmers have been facing great difficulties in cultivating them, by acquiring a wide variety of fungi pathogenic cause serious reductions in their cultures. To face difficulties in maintaining their cultures, the study has been developed in order to use up less chemicals and pesticides, so you can have is a sustainable and nontoxic that does not harm the environment and man. Bacteria staying in roots are called (rhizobacteria), they are fickle in their transformation, absorbing and conducting synthesis of specific compounds in match against solubilizing nutrients from the environment. Bacteria from soil-free life are very important to agricultural production, thus often cited as rhizobacteria (PGPR). The PGPR establish growth in the plant, because they have the ability to colonize the roots of plants, both inside and on the surface, they are also divided into groups according to their relationship with the plants, the symbiotic bacteria and free living rhizobacteria. So in this study evaluated the potential to be either the ground rhizobacteria sibitillis of Bacillus species that has a high affinity for plant roots to get to pose a greater plant growth and thus acquire an enhanced resistance against pathogens that cause significant losses in tomato crops.

Diante disto, vários estudos vêm sendo desenvolvidos com a finalidade de se usarem menos agrotóxicos e pesticidas para que se possa cultivá-lo de forma sustentável e não tóxica, e que não agrida o meio ambiente e nem o homem. As bactérias que se hospedam nas raízes são as chamadas rizobactérias, as quais são inconstantes na sua transformação, absorvendo e realizando síntese de compostos específicos, e, em contrapartida, solubilizando os nutrientes do meio ambiente. As bactérias de vida livre de solo são muito importantes para a produção agrícola, sendo muito citadas como rizobactérias (PGPR). As PGPR estabelecem crescimento nas plantas por terem capacidade de colonizar as raízes delas, tanto no interior como na sua superfície. Elas também estão divididas em grupos conforme sua relação com os vegetais - bactérias simbióticas e rizobactérias de viva livre. Assim, o presente estudo quer avaliar o potencial das rizobactérias de solo da espécie Bacillus sibitillis, que possuem alta afinidade com as raízes das plantas, para que se possa obter maior crescimento das plantas e, assim, adquirir maios resistência contra organismos patogênicos que ocasionam grandes perdas nas culturas de tomates.

My
name is Malcon Naor Voltz. I am Brazilian and I have been working as an English

translated series as Supernatural, Grimm, Chicago Fire, Chicago Med, Chicago
PD, Chicago Justice, Bates Motel, TopGear, Suits; movies as Lego Jungle, Lego
Batman, Lego Jurassic, Kindergarten Cop 2. The Mexican soap opera Pasión de
Gavilanes to English.
I
translated movies, documentaries, sermons, books, documents and hymns (translate
to Portuguese and make them singable) for the Christian Holy City Church, a
Chinese/American church which has churches in Brazil.
I
proofreaded Portuguese, English and Spanish of Final Papers, Dissertations,
Thesis, articles in the areas: Medical, Nutrition, Pharmaceutical, Biology,
Theology, Mithology, Philosophy, Arts Portuguese English, History, Law, IT, for
students of some Universities in my State and I translated some of those works
into English as well.
At
Feevale University I used to work as a Translator, a Transcriber and an
Interpreter because the University is becoming international, having
partnership with Universities of Denmark, Norway, Finland, Great Britain, South
Korea, China.
In
2010 I worked with IT people from India that were the third party at Lojas
Renner, translating documents, manuals, softwares, Website, and I interpreted
meetings, queries, etc.
I
am undergraduate in Arts Portuguese/English at Feevale University; I am
graduated in Theology at Escola Superior de Teologia; I am graduated in English
at Wake Tech Community College in North Carolina, The USA. I will start a
Masters of Cultural Processes and Manifestations, researching the methods of
translation from English to Portuguese: language, culture, dialects, costumes,
folklore, imaginary and imagery, semantics, etc.
In
Theology I have experience translating Portuguese, English and Spanish of Final
Papers, Dissertations, Thesis, articles and interpreting seminars, workshops. I
helped the Historical Department of my University in various tasks, as
translating documents and books. I am also the Curator of the Historical
Department of the church where I attend and I make part of the Museum border of
the historical district of my city.

Parapsychology from a U.S. PhD and another speech by a South African pastor. I
