Marion Bouvier Professional Conference Interpreter and Specialised Translator

I am a professional conference interpreter and translator, with a Masters degree from ISTI, Brussels.

I have worked for more than 200 days in the booth, mostly in Morocco where I was part of the Moroccan association of conference interpreters (AMIC). I have translated more that 300 000 words for a few very demanding organisations. I am now back in Brussels, where I studied and got my Masters degree in 2010 (ISTI).

As an interpreter, I worked for many international organisations (UN agencies, EU programmes, World Bank, FAO, SFI, GIZ). I also worked in Morocco with national institutions, Ministry of National Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and I specialised in a series of technical areas such as health, energy, cooperation and development, aquaculture and fishing industry.

As a translator, I have carried out translations for high-level organisations (IFRC, World Bank, GIZ, UN Women, Transparency international, NATO-PA) on disaster risk reduction, development programmes, women rights, fight against corruption.
