- The area is located in the municipalities of xxxx and xxxxx of the Department of xxxxxx.
- The mineral sought in the proposal is gold and gold concentrates.
- The map meets the purpose established in Decree 3290 of 2003 on technical standards for presentation of maps.
- The Environmental Authorities with jurisdiction are CORANTIOQUIA and CORPOURABA.
- The proponent did not attach the schedule of activities and costs, which is a requirement for a proposed concession agreement.
- The proponent must expressly state her acceptance of the free area available for the concession.
