9.1 Termination by Licensor. The Licensor shall have the right at its option and without prejudice to any other rights or remedies provided for hereunder or by law or equity, to terminate this Agreement and all rights granted herein, if any of the following events shall occur:

Translation - Spanish Muchas veces surge la necesidad de que las reparaciones o los trabajos dirigidos a mantener la disposición técnica de los buques se hagan fuera de la base, en las zonas donde se realicen las tareas de servicio militar. Hay muchos tipos de averías que no pueden ser reparadas por la tripulación del barco sola, sobre todo si para eso se necesita un equipamiento específico. En casos así las autoridades del barco se ven obligados a solucionar cómo transportar las piezas de recambio y organizar las obras de reparación mientras el barco está navegando lo que encarece significativamente los trabajos y aumenta la duración de la reparación.
