Ukrainian to English (Volyn State University, Lutsk, Ukraine) English to Ukrainian (Volyn State University, Lutsk, Ukraine) Russian to English (Volyn State University, Lutsk, Ukraine) English to Russian (Volyn State University, Lutsk, Ukraine)
I am a professional translator with legal education.

German – Ukrainian
I started translating and interpreting yet as a student some 12 years and then after graduation from University I got seriously involved into translation. For me the word serious means daily practice that requires constant improvement of knowledge. Time and again it was supplemented by different kinds of experience like teaching English at University, working as an assistant of Vice-President for International Relations (in a big private university), some years later as an import and brand manager for a big dental company in Ukraine. (For details please see my CV). All these supplements gave me a wonderful opportunity to communicate with international organizations and foreign embassies to Ukraine; foreign suppliers of dental materials from all over the Europe, North and South America, Mexico, Lebanon, Taiwan and Japan. This communication implied hundreds of phone calls, thousand of e-mails and what is the most pleasant – a lot of personal meetings. And this is just what was on the surface. Under the surface there were tons of papers including translation of numerous certificates, instructions for use, scientific articles and colorful advertising.
At the same time I also had fruitful cooperation with CURE, a well-known Ukrainian company, that makes corporate, educational and documentary films, social advertising, TV and radio programs.
Among the main CURE clients are United Development Program in Ukraine, IREX, International Finance Corporation, Council of Europe, AIDS Foundation East West, International Renaissance Foundation etc.
It was part-time job that included interpreting, translation and transcription of 15-45 min interviews concerning economy of European countries, election systems and parliaments in Europe, treatment of cancer and tuberculosis.
Just to give my experience more clear outline I would briefly describe it as bellow:
