My name is Abdelkarim Kassimi. I graduated in Translation and Interpreting (SPA; ARA;
FRE-EN), and Information Science from the University of Granada (Spain).
I also hold a Master's Degree in IPL (International Public Law) and IR (International
Relations), from the same university.
I am a native speaker of Spanish, Arabic (including Moroccan dialect), and Berber
(Tarifit, North-African dialect). I have been raised in a Spanish high-school,
which allowed me to live in a multilingual environment since my childhood
(including English and French).
With more than a decade of translation and interpreting experience, I have translated
everything from a business card to a 900-page humanitarian toolkit. The past 10
years have been occupied primarily with pharma/business/marketing/human rights
texts - journal articles, patents, planned parenthood manuals, trial protocols
and results, drug package inserts...
I thrive on the intellectual challenge of the work and pride myself on the accuracy and
