Source text - English A 76-year old woman developed an intracorneal cyst following an uncomplicated cataract surgery. Progressive enlargement led to partial visual loss. Following drainage of the cyst, cytopathologic examination showed epithelial cells. The cyst subsequently reformed and caused acute pupillary block. Repeat drainage and cryotherapy were performed. Vision was limited by corneal edema and penetrating keratoplasty was performed.

Une femme âgée de 76 ans a développé un kyste intracornéen à la suite d’une opération simple de la cataracte. Le grossissement progressif du kyste a entraîné une perte partielle de la vue. Après drainage du kyste, l’examen cytopathologique a mis en évidence la présence de cellules épithéliales. Le kyste s’est par la suite reformé et a entraîné un blocage pupillaire aigu. Un nouveau drainage et une cryothérapie ont été réalisés. L’acuité visuelle était limitée par un œdème cornéen et on a réalisé une kératoplastie perforante.
