Source text - English SEXTO.- La arrendadora autoriza por este acto a la arrendataria para que efectúe en el inmueble, todos los trabajos de remodelación y acondicionamiento necesarios para el mejor desarrollo de las labores propias del arrendatario.
Sin embargo estos trabajos no podrán en ningún caso alterar la estructura del edificio a que pertenece el inmueble arrendado, sin la autorización expresa y por escrito del arrendador y en todo caso deberán efectuarse de acuerdo a las normas técnicas y de seguridad comúnmente aceptadas, cumpliéndose además con las normas respectivas de la Ordenanza Municipal correspondiente.
Será de responsabilidad exclusiva de la Arrendataria el pago de los gastos que pueda demandar el cumplimiento de órdenes o disposiciones que en cualquier tiempo pueda impartir la autoridad en razón del uso a que se destinará el inmueble, sean estas exigencias relativas a condiciones sanitarias, higiénicas, ambientales, municipales o reglamentarias, aunque no hayan estado vigentes a la fecha de celebración del presente contrato. The WFI is generated by distillation. The WfI is stored and distributed in a loop system at a
temperature of > 70°C. An inline monitoring for TOC and conductivity is implemented.
The nitrogen used for pressure regulation and inertization is generally sterile-filtered.
All pure media are validated and subject to routine monitoring according to SOP-P-MEG-QC
296.
The HVAC systems (weighing / preparation and filling line) are designed to conform to the
ISO 14644 standard (Clean rooms and associated control environments). The rooms are
classified according to GMP Guideline Annex 1. The air for the production areas is supplied
through terminal HEPA filters. All production rooms are kept under positive pressure. The
positive air cascade takes place from high-risk to low-risk areas. Movement of materials into
the clean room areas takes place through material airlocks. Regular environmental tests are
performed to detect deviations from the qualified status and to guarantee a controlled process
and reliable compliance with GMP requirements. The environmental tests check air, surfaces
and personnel for the parameters of particle and microorganism counts per volume or area.
The frequencies and limit values applied for assessment of the environment depend on the
classification of the clean room and its use.
The upper and lower process limits for homogenization (pressure and temperature) have
been validated and specified with VB-051-02. This means that targeted setting of the upper
and lower process limits is not required in this validation; it only requires confirmation that the
defined process limits are being reliably maintained.
Homogenised emulsion is prevented from mixing with non-homogenised pre-emulsion by
rinsing tanks and using different tanks for the individual emulsion concentrates.
Microbiological risks are reduced due to the process design and monitoring activities are implemented in several steps of the process:
