Mes vacances de rêve sont empreintes de grande sérénité et d’exotisme, que ce soit en Asie, dans les iles européennes ou en Afrique du nord. Ce sont les lieux magiques, silencieux, aux architectures qui m’emportent où je peux déconnecter en famille. L’Amanjena est un de ces lieux d’exception où je retrouve avec plaisir le soleil ressourçant, l’accueil oriental généreux, les immenses piscines où nous ne croisons personne, les délices de la cuisine marocaine et même celles de la cuisine thaï. J’ai un souvenir ému de vraies tajines lentement mijotées selon les règles ancestrales, un ravissement multi-sensoriel ! Transportée par les mélodies des instruments de musique traditionnels le soir à la lueur des bougies, et rafraîchie par les zelliges aux mille teintes turquoises, mon esprit s’évade loin. J’aime profondément cette adresse retirée sur la route de Ouarzazate où chaque moment nous fait gouter à un luxe intime et raffiné.

My dream vacation is characterized by serenity and exoticism, whether in Asia, the Islands of Europe or North Africa. They are all such magical, peaceful places, with beautiful architecture which transports me away where I can disconnect with my family. Amanjena is one of these exceptional places where I can find such pleasure with blazing sunshine, a warm Eastern welcome, vast and deserted swimming pools and delicacies of Moroccan and even Thai cuisine. I have fond memories of authentic, slow-cooked tagines made according to age-old recipes, a true feast for the senses! Carried away by the enchanting melodies of traditional Moroccan instruments by candlelight and refreshed by the sight of opulent mosaics made with a thousand shades of turquoise, I am spirited far away. I adore this hideaway along the road to Ouarzazate, where each moment gives us a taste of intimate and refined luxury!
