Source text - English 2.3 Anti-Corruption Provisions
2.3.1 Compliance Warranties and Representations
2.3.1.1 Contractor warrants that in connection with Services on behalf of Company it will not, in order to obtain or retain business or any advantage in the conduct of business, offer, promise or give any improper advantage to any person (or a third party) to make that person act or refrain from acting in relation to the performance of her/his official duties. This applies regardless whether the advantage is offered directly or through an intermediary.
2.3.1.2 Contractor further represents and agrees that it will not offer to any third party, directly or indirectly, gifts except for promotional items of minimal value normally bearing a Company logo. Social events, meals, entertainment or promotional travel may be offered if there is a clear business reason, but the cost must be kept within reasonable limits and pre-approved by the Company. Travel, accommodation and other expenses made on behalf of third parties must be pre-approved and funded by the Company.
2.3.1.3 Contractor shall not sub-contract or assign any of its duties or obligations under this Contract without express pre-approval of the Company. Contractor shall ensure that all sub-contracts issued under this Contract shall contain provisions identical to the present Compliance Warranties and Representations.
2.3.1.4 Contractor shall upon Company request, give a written statement to the Company confirming that it has complied with all requirements of these Compliance Warranties and Representations.
2.3.1.5 Contractor shall immediately report to Company any act or omission which could possibly be seen as a breach Compliance Warranties and Representations. In such instances Contractor shall give the Company access to all documents which in Company's sole opinion may be relevant to determine whether such breach has occurred.
2.3.2 Breach of Compliance Warranties and Representation
2.3.2.1 In the event that Contractor fails to fulfil its obligations according to Compliance Warranties
and Representations, the Company may choose to:
(I) cease all payments until obligations are fulfilled, and/or
(II) terminate the Contract with immediate effect, in the event that Contractor is in substantial breach of Contractor obligations, provided that any violation of the Compliance Warranties and representation shall always be considered as a substantial breach and or
(III) claim compensation for losses to Company which are directly related to the breach of the Contract.
2.3.2.2 However the Contractor shall not be liable for any consequential damage.

2.3.1 Гарантии Соответствия и Заявления
2.3.1.1 Подрядчик гарантирует, что в связи с Услугами не будет от лица Компании с целью приобретения или удержания бизнеса или получения какой-либо выгоды при ведении дела предлагать, обещать или давать ненадлежащие преимущества от лица Компании кому-либо (или третьей Стороне) с целью заставить какое-либо лицо совершить действие или удержать от действия относительно исполнения ее/его служебных обязанностей. Настоящее условие распространяется на преимущество, предлагаемое как напрямую, так и через посредника.
2.3.1.2 Подрядчик, кроме того, ручается и согласен, что не будет предлагать любой третьей стороне, непосредственно или опосредованно подарки за исключением рекламно-информационных материалов минимальной стоимости, как правило, содержащих фирменную символику Компании. Общественные мероприятия, деловые обеды, зрелищные или увеселительные мероприятия или рекламные экскурсии могут предлагаться только в случае явной коммерческой причины, однако расходы должны быть в разумных пределах и предварительно утверждаются Компанией. Подрядчик гарантирует, что все договоры субподряда, заключенные по настоящему Контракту будут содержать положения, идентичные настоящему положению о Гарантиях Соответствия и Заявлениях.
2.3.1.4 Подрядчик, по запросу Компании, предоставляет в письменном виде отчет, подтверждающий обеспечение соответствия всем требованиям данного положения о Гарантиях Соответствия и Заявлениях.
2.3.1.5 Подрядчик незамедлительно сообщает Компании о любом действии или бездействии, которое вероятно может быть рассмотрено как нарушение положения о Гарантиях Соответствия и Заявлениях. В таких случаях Подрядчик предоставляет Компании доступ ко всем документам, которые, по мнению Компании, могут иметь отношение к определению, имело ли место нарушение.
2.3.2 Нарушение Гарантий Соответствия и Заявлений
2.3.2.1 В случае неисполнения Подрядчиком своих обязательств, в соответствии с положением о Гарантиях Соответствия и Заявлениях, Компания может:
(I) прекратить все платежи до полного исполнения обязательств, и/или
(II) незамедлительно расторгнуть Контракт, в случае существенного нарушения обязательств по Контракту Подрядчиком, при условии, что любое нарушение положения о Гарантиях Соответствия и Заявлениях всегда рассматривается как существенное нарушение, и/или
(III) потребовать компенсацию Компании убытков, напрямую относящихся к нарушению Контракта.
2.3.2.2 Однако Подрядчик не несет ответственности за любые косвенные убытки.

7.5.1. Environmental assessment, both within the Contract Area and given the potential negative factors' impact on the environment and population health beyond the Area, including the contamination assessment of main environmental components and identification of potential ecological violations, caused by agricultural activities;
7.5.2. Mapping of environmental component sampling points established for the purpose of local environmental monitoring within the Contract Area;
7.5.3. Visualization (including by time) of environmental components condition analysis results and changes in their conditions, based on the data, acquired during the environmental assessment of facilities and territory within the Contract Area;
7.5.4. Modeling and assessment of losses resulting from various accidents (oil flow routes with the assessment of the area of contamination, gas emission and ignition etc.);
7.5.5. Support of the analysis of mutual influence and hazard level of surrounding objects on environment and human population health, development of protective measures in especially hazardous areas and planning of possible contingency plans;
7.5.6. Fast-track analysis, forecast and visualization of spatial data upon ES occurrence for purposes of timely communication to personnel and population the possibility of environmental hazards;
7.5.7. Drawing of environmental maps of contract areas, protected natural sites and inundated areas and ecological disaster zones;
7.5.8. Support of the analysis of space and time dynamics of hazardous geological processes (karstic and subsiding phenomena, flooding, submergence etc.) to timely prevent natural accidents. The most complete and frequently updated cartographic documents shall be used to carry out the analysis;
7.5.9. Imaging of emergencies' modeling results and risks assessment;
7.5.10. Analysis and prediction of the possible impact of designed objects on the environment;
7.5.11. Building of thematic maps, reflecting the current ecosystem condition.
7.6. Security
7.6.1. Support of industrial object security analysis;
7.6.2. Estimation of restricted zones and analysis of visibility zones of checkpoints;
7.6.3. Selection of appropriate points to position security alarm system elements;
7.6.4. Tracking of the movement of personnel and equipment within and outside the Contract Area and control deviations from the route;
7.6.5. Monitor dangerous object location and movement;
7.6.6. Viewing of videos from cameras installed within the Contract Area;
7.6.7. Information support of emergency prevention and response actions.
7.7. Logistics
7.7.1. Routing and support of operational control of vehicles;
7.7.2. Distance and travel time assessment;

7.7.4. Fulfillment of tasks related to the appropriate arrangement of objects (e.g. warehouses of construction materials, equipment and spare parts);

7.8. Geodetic survey team, property and area management

7.8.3. Maintenance, processing and updating of land registry data, including land and real estate inventory.
7.9. Geology, Geophysics, Production
System shall ensure:
7.9.1. Visual representation of available geological and geophysical field data;
7.9.2. Visual representation (2D and 3D) and support of the comprehensive analysis of geological and geophysical data.
Drawing of maps based on data obtained following the analysis carried out using both WQ-2 GIS tools and specialized geological and geophysical data analysis tools;
7.9.3. Use of accumulated data, as well as input and analysis tools, to reduce the scope of field survey operations;
7.9.4. Cartographic support of the planning of field work and wells location.
7.10. Data security System shall ensure:
7.10.1. Possible identification of all persons handling confidential information programs, as well as technical means used to make such requests;
7.10.2. Restricted access and automatic recording of all requests made in relation technical means, programs and information;
7.10.3. If necessary, the destruction of confidential information left in storage devices after its processing or its destruction in case of emergency;
7.10.4. Creation of the backup of programs and data stores saved on removable media;
7.10.5. Possible control of the safety of software and information support;
7.10.6. Management of the entire process of confidential information processing and the Data Privacy Protection System (DPPS);
7.10.7. Warning of attempts to gain unauthorized access and destruct confidential information;
7.10.8. Data synchronization between GIS databases created in different geographical locations.

Source text - English 1. As of the Rig Acceptance Date the rig was not fully rigged-up; commissioning and alignment work is still under way. The following tests were carried out in our presence: function test of drawworks and traveling block; function test of rotor; function test of two mud pumps; function test of pneumatic and air supply system; function test of rig move system; function test of gas sensors; function test of driller's cabin; function test of drilling equipment sitting on the drill floor; function test of diesel generator; function test of jib crane.
2. Windows in the rig modules have not been glazed.
3. The rig cannot be moved without V-door being rigged-down.
4. Certain cables laid on the floor are not protected against mechanical damage, particularly, in places, where they run over and contact sharp-edged structures.
5. Additional gas sensors (1 set) for gas measuring system and 200 m of cable for hooking up as per Drawing XXX have not been provided.
6. Top drive has not been rigged-up and tested. Top drive operation with utilizing the emergency generator was not tested.
7. There are no grounding braces between the tumbas, as well as catwalk, V-door, master and substructure grounding.
8. The guard installed on the winch drum does not preclude unintetional contact of personnel with the drum.
9. Handrails of the V-door stairs (on the RH side) are not compliant with the safety rules (handrails are not made removable and have a gap in the center).
10. The derrickman's cabin is not insulated. Lighting and heating systems are not installed. No watch window in the door.

2. Отсутствует остекление оконных проемов по модулям буровой установки.

4. Кабельная продукция, проложенная по полу модулей буровой установки не по всей длине имеет защиту от механических повреждений, в местах перегибов касается острых краев металлоконструкций.
5. Не предоставлены дополнительно датчики системы газоизмерения 1 комплект) и кабель для подключения (200 метров) согласно чертежа XXX.
6. Не смонтирована и не испытана система верхнего привода. Не проверена работа системы верхнего привода от аварийной дизельной электростанции.
8. Защитное ограждение барабана лебедки не исключает возможности непреднамеренного соприкосновения работающего с огражденным элементом.
9. Перильные ограждения (с правой стороны) маршевой лестницы подъема с приемного моста на ВЛБ не соответствуют требованиям правил безопасности. (выполнены не съемными и имеют недопустимый разрыв в средней части).
10. Отсутствует утепление помещения верхового рабочего, освещение и обогрев. Отсутствует смотровое окно в дверях.
