Source text - English Changes are planned to Victorian laws. This will make it easier for people to make decisions about how they want to receive care. The proposed new laws give people more control over making decisions about treatment.
Our population is growing and ageing. Many more people will need end of life and palliative care. More people would like to receive care in their own home. Other services will need to help palliative care services to provide end of life care for everyone.
Translation - Spanish Se han planeado cambios en la legislación de Victoria que facilitarán la toma de decisiones de los pacientes sobre cómo prefieren recibir los cuidados. Las nuevas leyes propuestas darán a las los pacientes más influencia en la toma de decisiones sobre su tratamiento.
Nuestra población está creciendo y envejeciendo y, por tanto, muchos más pacientes necesitarán cuidados al final de la vida y cuidados paliativos.
