Source text - Spanish "QUINTO.- Que la presente liquidacion de bienes ha sido de mutuo acuerdo, que dando, en consecuencia, a cargo de cada uno de los poderdantes el incremento de su patrimonio; por consiguiente ambos exconyuges renuncian al derecho de solicitar judicialmente la accion de inventarios adicionales y de mandar particion sobre bienes que pudieran tener la calidad de sociales. Para tal efecto, los poderdantes le dan a la presente clausula el valor de una transaccion, encaminada a evitar eventuales litigios sobre sus derechos en la sociedad conyugal ya disuelta."
Translation - English "FIFTH. - That the liquidation of assets has been mutually agreed accordingly, by each of the parties involved, and in consequence they will see the increment of their own assets. Therefore, both former spouses waive their right to petition the courts for additional inventory action and request partition on assets that have been determined of social quality. For this purpose, the parties involved give this clause the value of a transaction, designed to avoid any future disputes about the rights in the marital partnership already dissolved. "

Source text - English Cardiologists are always thinking about oxygen in the heart–and oxygen is important–but oxygen is only the stepping-stone to ATP. Oxygen is only a tool–but a vital one–in the production of energy via ATP. But, it is not the oxygen that provides the energy of life–it’s the ATP.
“Life” depends on the body utilizing energy to drive the vital biochemical reactions of life. In the “living” process, “free energy” is needed to power reactions that otherwise would not occur. The chemicals would just sit there, unreacted. The Energy needed to cause the chemicals is obtained from the release of chemically stored energy. Energy is a force, not a compound. The principle source of “free energy” in the body is a special highenergy phosphate group (high-energy bond phosphate).
Translation - Spanish Los cardiólogos siempre consideran los niveles de oxígeno en el corazón –y es importante–, pero el oxígeno apenas representa un pequeño peldaño del proceso ATP. El oxígeno es apenas una herramienta, sin embargo, es vital en la producción de energía a través de ATP. Pero no es el oxígeno que proporciona la energía vital, es el ATP.
Lo que conocemos como "vida" depende del uso de energía por parte del cuerpo para conducir sus reacciones bioquímicas vitales.
