چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه ویژگی های کارآفرینی با سبکهاي ارتباطات کارآفرينان شرکت های صنایع غذایی شهر اهواز صورت گرفته است. اهداف جزئی تحقیق شناسايي سبکهاي ارتباطي کارآفرینان شرکت های صنايع غذايي شهر اهواز، بررسی رابطه ویژگی های کارآفرینان شرکت های صنايع غذايي شهر اهواز با سبک های ارتباطی آن ها، اولويت بندي مؤلفه هاي کارآفريني در بین کارآفرینان شرکت های صنايع غذايي شهر اهواز و تأثیر عوامل و شاخص هاي شناسايي شده در کارآفريني در بین کارآفرینان شرکت های صنايع غذايي شهر اهواز میباشند. داده های این تحقیق با روش پیمایش و با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته از نمونه ای با حجم 170 نفر که از کارآفرینان شرکتهای صنایع غذایی شهر اهواز به شیوه ی نمونه گیری طبقه ای نسبی انتخاب گردید، جمع آوری شد. در اين تحقيق، علاوه بر آمار توصيفي، از آمار استنباطي نیز استفاده شده است، که براي انجام پردازش اطلاعات از نرم افزار آماري SPSS استفاده گردیده است. رابطه متغیرهای مستقل (ويژگي هاي رفتاری كارآفريني) با متغیر وابسته (سبک های ارتباطات) بررسی و از طریق شاخص همبستگی پیرسون آزمون گردید. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که ويژگي ریسک پذیری با سبک های ارتباطی کنترلی و تساوی گرا رابطه ی مثبت و معنادار و با سبک ارتباطی ساختار گرا رابطه منفی؛ ویژگی عزم و اراده با سبک های ارتباطی کنترلی و تساوی گرا رابطه ی مثبت و معنادار و با سبک ارتباطی ساختار گرا رابطه منفی؛ ویژگی تمایل به خلاقیت با هر سه سبک ارتباطی رابطه مثبت؛ ویژگی توفیق طلبی با سبک های ارتباطی کنترلی و تساوی گرا رابطه ی مثبت و معنادار و با سبک ارتباطی ساختار گرا رابطه منفی و ویژگی استقلال طلبی با سبک های ارتباطی ساختار گرا و تساوی گرا رابطه ی مثبت و معنادار و با سبک ارتباطی کنترلی رابطه منفی داشته اند. محدودیت هایی نیز در تحقیق وجود داشته . به خاطر اهميت وافر پيشينة تحقيق در شناسايي متغيرهايي كه بر موضوع تحقيق اثرگذار هستند و جلوگيري از دوباره كاري¬ها و نقش قابل ملاحظة آن در بيان مسئله و تدوين چهارچوب نظري، نبود پيشينه تحقيقات داخلي در زمينه سبک¬هاي ارتباطي محدوديت عمده و اصلي تحقيق حاضر مي¬باشد. عدم وجود فرهنگ پژوهش و تحقيق در سازمان هاي مورد بررسي به علت عدم انجام تحقيقات مشابه و فراگير نبودن فرهنگ پژوهش و تحقيق در صنايع شهر می باشد. مانع و مشکل مهم ديگر هم، پراکندگي کارآفرينان در سازمان‌هاي مختلف بود که در قياس با پايان¬ نامه¬ هاي ديگر که داده¬هاي خود را از يکي دو سازمان جمع آوري مي¬کرده¬ اند، واحد تحقيق در پژوهش حاضر، سازمان¬ ها مي¬باشد که تعداد زيادي سازمان را در بر مي¬گيرد. حالات روحي و رواني و فرصت و زمان صرف شده در پاسخ به سؤالات براي پاسخ گويي تأثير احتمالي بر روي پاسخ¬ها داشته است که براي محقق امکان کنترل آن نبوده است. اما با تلاش فراوان و برقراري ارتباط غير رسمي سعي گرديد که اين مشکل نيز تا حدودي برطرف شود. از آنجا كه در اكثر مطالعات، محقق نمي تواند به تك تك رويدادها و يا افراد تشكيل دهندة جامعة مورد نظر دسترسي داشته باشد – و تحقيق حاضر نيز از اين قاعده مستثني نيست – محقق در مورد تحقیقات آتی پیشنهاد میکند که این تحقیق در قالب جامعه وسیع تر از صنایع غذایی و همچنین در صنایع دیگر و متفاوتتر و در سطح ملی نیز صورت گیرد.
Translation - English The Assessment of the relationship between entrepreneurship characteristics with the styles of the entrepreneurs of food industries of Ahwaz city
Abstract
The objective of this research is to survey the relationship between entrepreneurship characteristics with the styles of the entrepreneurs of food industries of Ahwaz city. Further objectives of this research is to assess the styles of the relationship of the entrepreneurs of food industries of Ahwaz city, to survey the relationship of the characteristics of the entrepreneurs of food industries of Ahwaz city with the styles of them and to prioritize the components of entrepreneurship between the entrepreneurs of food industries of Ahwaz city, and known factors and indicators in entrepreneurship between the entrepreneurs of food industries of Ahwaz city. The data of this research are selected with scaling trend and with using of the questionnaire which is conducted of samples with the 170 persons of entrepreneur of the food industries of Ahwaz city with the way of relative class and also they collected. In this research in addition to descriptive statistics, illative statistics is used, that SPSS statistics software is used for processing data. The relationship between independent variable (the behavioral characteristic of entrepreneurship) with dependent variable (relationships styles) was assessed and tested with Pearson’s correlation test. The results showed that the characteristic of the way of risk has a positive and meaningful relation with the controlling and egalitarian relational styles and has a negative relation with structuralism relational style, and the will also has a positive and meaningful relation with controlling relational styles and equalitarian and negative relation with structuralism relational styles, and the feeling to creativity has positive relation with this three and the get-at-able has the positive relation with the controlling relational styles and equalitarian and negative relation with structuralism relational style, and the freedom has the positive relation with structuralism relational styles and equalitarian and negative relation with controlling relational style. There were also restrictions in the research. Since history of research in assessment of variables which have effects on the subject of the research, avoiding duplication and its significant role in expression and editing theoretical framework are of a great importance, lack of history of internal researches of relational styles is the major restriction in this present research. Lack of culture of research and study in the case organizations is due to that these researches is not pervasive in city industries and done by them. Another important restriction was that the entrepreneurs were spread to different organizations. In comparison with other theses which data are from one or two organizations, the research unit in this present study is organizations which are too many. Mood and mental states and time spent answering the questions probably have effects on answers that the researcher has no ability to control them, but with a great effort and an informal communication tried to tackle the problems. Since in the most of the studies researcher cannot access all events and all people in a society, which this study is not exceptional, researcher suggest this study and research in the larger society than the food industries and also about other industries and in the country-scale.

Firms operating in the transitional Russian economy are subject to the influence of Russian institutional environment and increasingly to the influence of foreign investors. That latter influence is not being felt uniformly across all Russian firms at this time. I hypothesized that international stock ownership leads to enhanced quality of financial accounting and adoptions or intentions to adopt IFRS by Russian firms. Consistent with the results of data analysis, I find that international investors have a positive effect on the financial accounting quality and on the willingness and intent to implement IFRS.

We document that the quality of earnings reported by politically connected firms is significantly poorer than that of similar non-connected companies. Our results are not due to firms with ex-ante poor earnings quality establishing connections more often. Instead, our results suggest that, because of a lesser need to respond to market pressures to increase the quality of information, connected companies can afford disclosing lower quality accounting information. In particular, lower quality reported earnings is associated with a higher cost of debt only for the non-politically connected firms in the sample.

This study documents that the quality of reported accounting information is systematically poorer for firms with political connections than for firms lacking such connections. This conclusion is based on an analysis of accounting data for over 4500 firms in 19 countries. Political connections appear to be an important predictor of accounting quality even after controlling for several commonly used country-level variables such as the overall level of corruption, or shareholder rights indicators, and for firm-specific factors (ownership structure, size, growth leverage, market-to-book ratios, or the volatility of cash flows or sales growth). While connections are associated with poorer accruals quality ex-post, the quality of prior accruals does not explain a firm’s propensity to establish a connection in a given period. Thus, we rule out that it is simply the case that firm with poor accruals quality end up establishing political connections.

Using a sample of IPO companies on the Shenzhen Small and Median Enterprise Board and the ChiNext Stock Market between 2005 and 2009, this paper analyzes the effect of venture capital participation on accounting information quality. We find that venture capitalists have a significant effect on earnings management, with reduced discretionary accruals before the expiration of the equity lock-up period and enhanced discretionary accruals after the expiration of the equity lock-up period. Our findings support the moral hazard hypothesis of venture capital, but not the certification/monitoring role of venture capital in IPOs. In addition, we find that venture capital plays a more important role in the earnings management of non-state-owned IPO companies than of state-owned companies.

We show that conservative aggregation in accounting often increases the quality of accounting information. We model the accounting system as an information processing scheme in the presence of uncertainty.

بنگاه های تجاری عامل در اقتصاد انتقالی روسیه تابع محیط سازمانی این کشور تاثیر می پذیرند و همچنین به میزان بیشتری از سرمایه گذاران خارجی اثر می گیرند. که مورد دوم تصور نمی شود در حال حاضر در تمامی بنگاه های تجاری در سرتاسر روسیه تاثیر داشته باشد. گمان می شود که مالکیت بینالمللی سهام باعث ارتقای کیفیت حسابداری مالی، گزینش ها و یا اهداف می شود تا IFRS توسط بنگاه های تجاری روسیه اتخاذ گردد. با توجه به نتایج ثابت تحلیل داده، دریافت شد که سرمایه گذاران بینالمللی تاثیر مثبتی بر کیفیت حسابداری مالی خواهد داشت و اشتیاق را برای به کار بستن IFRS بیشتر می کند.

همچنین مستند شده است که کیفیت درآمدهای گزارش شده از بنگاه های تجاری مرتبط سیاسی بسیار کمتر است از مورد مشابه در شرکت های سیاسی غیر مرتبط. این نتایج مربوط به آن دسته از بنگاه هایی که در بیشتر موارد روابط را با درآمدهای کمِ (ex-ante) بنا می کنند. در عوض نتایج مذکور به روشنی بیان می کند شرکت های مرتبط به دلیل عدم ضرورت پاسخدهی به نیازهای بازار (در راستای افزایش کیفیت اطلاعات) می توانند اطلاعات حسابداری را دربرداشته باشند که کیفیت پایینتری دارند. بالاخص، درآمدهای پایین گزارش شده همراه با مقدار بیشتری بدهی خواهد بود، البته فقط برای بنگاه های تجاری مرتبط غیر سیاسی در نمونه.

این مقاله، با به کارگیری نمونهای از شرکت های IPO در شنژن اسمال و میدین اینتر پرایز بورد و بازار بورس چای نکست در بین سال های 2005 تا 2009، تاثیر سرمایه گذاری مخاطره آمیز بر کیفیت اطلاعات حسابداری را مورد بررسی قرار می دهد. دریافت شد که این گونه سرمایه گذاران (ریسک کننده ها)، تاثیر مهمی بر مدیریت درآمدها دارند، به همراه کاهش تعهدی های عنداللزوم قبل از انقضای دوره بازگشت ارزش خالص، و افزایش تعهدی های عنداللزوم پس از انقضای دوره بازگشت ارزش خالص. یافته های این تحلیل، فرضیه عقلانی و تا حدودی صحیح ریسکِ سرمایه گذاری مخاطره آمیز را نمایان می گرداند، ولی در هر حال به طور واضح و روشن نقش این گونه سرمایه گذاری را در IPOها نشان نمی دهد. به علاوه دریافت شد که سرمایه گذاری مخاطره آمیز نقش بسیار مهمتری را در مدیریت درآمد شرکت های IPOی غیر دولتی نسبت به شرکت های دولتی خواهد داشت.

نشان می دهیم که انباشت محافظه کارانه، در بیشتر موارد کیفیت اطلاعات حسابداری را افزایش می دهد. هم چنین سیستم حسابداری را به عنوان یک برنامه پردازش اطلاعات (با درنظر گرفتن بی ثباتی)، مدلسازی می کنیم.
