Он же интересовался, правда ли, что человек, прописанный в Ленинграде, может поехать в Москву лишь с разрешения милиции.
Одного датчанина, которому дал мой телефон другой датчанин, я, не зная, что с ним делать, повел в гости к своему другу. Друг жил в коммуналке. Translation - English The communal apartment was just as baffling to a foreigner as, say, a certificate of residence. Foreigners either simply did not believe in the existence of either of them, or excessively demonized them both. One American in the early seventies asked me if it was true that working-class people and intellectuals were housed together in order that the latter would educate the former, and the former would nurture the latter in the spirit of collectivism. He also wondered whether it were true that a person registered in Leningrad could only travel to Moscow with permission of the police.
Once, not knowing what to do with him, I invited a certain Dane who had been given my number by another Dane to visit a friend of mine. My friend lived in a communal apartment. As we walked down a hall hung with skis and children's wash tubs, the man looked around as if he had been brought unconscious to some equatorial jungle.

Dans le cas où la demande provient d'une entité située en dehors de l'Espace Economique Européen, le demandeur désigne un mandataire dans l'Espace Economique Européen qui cosigne la demande.
Une demande concernant un produit qui bénéficie d'une marque de conformité étrangère ou d'un certificat d'essais par un laboratoire étranger est traitée en tenant compte des accords de reconnaissance existants, conformément aux Règles générales de la marque NF.

The NF brand request for right of use must be addressed to:

In the case where the request is coming from an entity located outside the European Economic Area, the applicant shall appoint a representative in the European Economic Area who will co-sign the request.
A request concerning a product that benefits from a mark of foreign conformity or a test certificate by a foreign laboratory is treated by taking into account the existing recognition agreements, in accordance with the general rules of the NF brand.
The applicant establishes in French or English a request folder in accordance with the model-type of the different parts to provide.
They are detailed in the table below according to the different request typologies, the contents being adapted on a case-by-case basis.
