Background: MSc in Chemical Engineering. General background of technology and engineering, natural sciences. Started out as an engineer, and also did part-time translation in the first years. A couple of years of technical translation/interpreting as a freelancer. 

Field engineer in the oilfield 2006 - 2015. Lead engineer in the oilfield since 2015.

Interested in aviation and geology as 'weekend activities'.

I take translation work only when my schedule permits. Therefore I accept no urgent jobs.
