Source text - Polish Przepisy dotyczące zwrotu Zabużanom pełnej wartości mienia, prócz zapisu bezpośrednio w umowach republikańskich, pojawiły się dopiero w 1946 roku. Powyższy dekret, obowiązujący równolegle z dekretem o reformie rolnej jako pierwszy akt prawny dotyczący Zabużan, przyznawał prawo do pełnej rekompensaty. Podobnie wszystkie powojenne akty prawne, współistniejące z dekretem o reformie rolnej, aż do 2003 roku przyznawały Zabużanom pełny ekwiwalent. Dekret o reformie rolnej, który przetrwał do obecnych czasów, współistniejąc z ustawami dotyczącymi ekwiwalentnego zwrotu warto¬ści mienia, nie mógł być i nie był podstawą prawną roszczeń zabużańskich. Był natomiast uznaną formą częściowego zaspokojenia Zabużan.
Translation - English The regulations regarding reimbursement of the full value of properties granted to the Borderlanders, except for the relevant clauses in the Republican Agreements, were passed not until 1946. The above decree in force together with the decree on agriculture reform as a first legal act regarding the Borderlanders, conferred the right to full compensation. Similarly, all post-war legal acts, effective together with the decree on agriculture reform, granted to the Borderlanders a full equivalent until 2003. The decree on agriculture reform, which has been binding until now, together with the acts regarding the equivalent reimbursement of the property value, could not be and has not been the basis for the claims resulting from a property left beyond the Bug River. It constituted, however, a recognized form of partial compensation for the Borderlanders.
