В соответствии с новыми стандартами оказания медицинской помощи были разработаны методы диагностики и лечения, считающиеся на сегодняшний день наиболее эффективными.
В рамках информатизации здравоохранения все медицинские учреждения были оснащены новыми компьютерами, созданы локальные сети и запущена система электронной очереди.
Конечной целью программы модернизации здравоохранения является прирост численности населения и увеличение продолжительности жизни.
Translation - English In the framework of modernization of medical institutions a range of building projects and renovations have been realized, medical institutions of all levels have been provided with new sophisticated equipment which dramatically improved the quality of services provided.
Owing to new standards guidelines for medical treatment have been classified into diagnostic and therapeutic actions which are considered to be the most favourable in affecting the patient’s health outcome.
As for information technologies, all medical institutions were equipped with new computers, local systems network has been created and electronic medical records system started to function.
The ultimate goal of the Healthcare Modernization Programme is the growth of population and increase of the lifespan.
