Bio
As a hobby I am an Instructor at Grammarly.com. I regularly help users with their English grammar and I find it highly rewarding.

I have been a writer since I was a young girl, writing poetry and thoughts in my journals. After the birth of my son in 1976, I interned as a Graphic Artist and fell in love with the trade. I have been designing and writing ever since!

In 1983 I started my business, Typographix, and was the first woman business owner in the city. Along with typesetting, graphic design, advertising, marketing and pre-press production services, I also launched 3 new publications: Mobile Home Living, Manufactured Housing Today and Coconut Times. I wrote all of the content for the first two monthly publications and designed and wrote numerous articles for the third weekly newspaper. In addition, I was Editor for Ocean City Times, Menu Magazine, Tiderunner News and Tiderunner Magazine. I have designed and edited over 20 books and am currently (1/31/2014) wrapping up the editing of a 360-page book.

I was Lead Web Designer and Developer for Intel for over 5 years. During that time I wrote numerous manuals and tutorials for web administrators.

I enjoy translations and take great pride in returning text that is error-free and grammatically correct. I am a stickler for details, it's just my nature.
