Italian to English: Vehicle rental contract - insurance
Source text - Italian Articolo 7 – assicurazioni e responsabilità
7.1 Il Conduttore è costituito custode della cosa locata ed esonera espressamente il Locatore manlevandolo da qualsiasi conseguenza pregiudizievole, da ogni responsabilità per i danni, diretti ed indiretti, ivi compresi quelli derivanti da responsabilità civile per circolazione di autoveicoli. L’assicurazione R.C. ed incendio e furto è a carico del Locatore.
7.2 In caso di furto ed incendio il Conduttore rimane sempre obbligato al pagamento del canone per un periodo di quindici giorni dalla data della denuncia alle competenti autorità, il cui originale, unitamente alle chiavi del veicolo, dovranno essere tempestivamente trasmesse al Locatore. Trascorsi quindici giorni dalla data della denuncia ed in caso di mancato ritrovamento del veicolo, il relativo contratto di locazione s’intende espressamente risolto, e qualora il Conduttore richieda un nuovo veicolo, le condizioni contrattuali ed i canoni saranno quelli in vigore al momento della richiesta. In caso di furto ed incendio determinato od agevolato da colpa grave del Conduttore o delle persone autorizzate alla guida ai sensi del presente accordo, il Locatore si riserva il diritto di rivalersi integralmente sul Conduttore
Translation - English Article – insurance and responsability
7.1 The Lessee is considered the guardian of the object rented and the Lessor will be exempt from any adverse effects, any responsibility for the direct of indirect damages, including those arising from civil liability for the circulation of vehicles.The R.C. insurance, fire insurance and theft insurance are borne by the Lessor.
7.2 In case of theft or fire the Lessee remains always obliged to pay the fee for a period of fifteen days from the date on which the complaint was made to the competent authorities, whose original, along with the car keys should be immediately transmitted to the Lessor. After the passage of fifteen days from the day of the complaint and if the vehicle was not found, the rental contract is canceled explicitly, and if the Lessee requires a new vehicle, the contractual terms and conditions and the fees will be those in force at the time of the request. In case of theft and fire determined or facilitated by the serious negligence of the Lessee or the persons authorised to guide the vehicle according to the present contract, the Lessor reserves the right to fully recover the damages from the Lessee.

Bio
I had my basic education in Romanian (the first 18 years), and
then at the university level in English ( as advanced user) , and German (as basic user) . My university degree in Linguistics earned at the University of Bucarest, Faculty of Foreign Languages and Literature, Department of English-German.
After finishing the University I have moved to Italy where I lived for almost 9 years. I have immediately started an italian language course for foreigners and began to work as a collaborator for translations for a company in Torino, which produces garbage truck compactors.
I have done translation from English into Romanian, Romanian into English, English into Italian, from Italian into English, Italian into Romanian, Romanian into Italian.
I have therefore a deep knowledge of the three languages with which I work.
I work with Trados Studio 2014, Wordfast, MemoQ.
I have been working as a translator for almost 12 years . I have mostly translated technical manuals (user’s guides manuals for garbage compactor), I have prepared and translated documents for different auctions in different countries for selling the garbage compactors and also different
