I am a Chartered English–French Linguist (DipTrans, MCIL CL) with more than 15 years of experience in legal, humanitarian, development, environmental, education and internet governance translation and revision.

My work focuses on high-responsibility texts for international organisations, NGOs and specialised language service providers. I translate and revise documents that will be read by decision-makers, courts, donors, regulators and field teams, where clarity, accuracy and consistency matter as much as style.

  Translation and revision of contracts, corporate governance documents (bylaws, articles of association, shareholders’ agreements), policies and codes, financial and annual reports, RFPs and ToRs, employment and consultancy agreements, NDAs, court decisions, bilateral treaties and related legal material.

Legal systems and comparative work

A significant part of my work involves legal translation between common law and civil law systems. I have postgraduate-level training in legal translation and contract drafting, which helps me identify where concepts diverge and to choose the appropriate solutions in French and in English.

Humanitarian work

Alongside my regular work, I have a long-term collaboration with Translators without Borders (TWB) and UN Volunteers (UNV).
