Hi, my name is Elena.

My passion is to help people connect through the words, the voice, and the body.

I'm a Mexican Spanish Translator, Voiceover Artist and Yoga Teacher based in the UK.

✔ I'm a qualified Mexican Spanish translator with 10 years of experience. I specialise in the fields of mindful marketing, mindfulness and yoga. I hold a master's degree with distinction in Translation, an honours degree in Marketing, and a second degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language. I'm also a certified yoga teacher.

✔ I'm a professionally trained voiceover artist working with both small and big companies, including world-class clients such as Apple and Google.

✔ I'm a certified yoga teacher with +15 years' experience in yoga, mindfulness and meditation. My teaching tools integrate principles from positive psychology, neurolinguistic programming, emotional intelligence, compassionate communication, bioenergetics, and somatic and body education.

✔ I'm the creator of the Proz course Work Smarter: Yoga & Mindfulness for Translators and Interpreters, a program that seeks to help fellow colleagues fight the sitting disease, improve their posture, release the tension, manage the stress, and increase their concentration to improve their business and their health.

✔ I'm the founder of Yoga de escritorio [Desk Yoga in Spanish], an initiative that helps people who spend long sitting days working in front of the computer release tension, reduce the stress, get focused and boost their creativity to get better results. 

✔ Above all, my real passion is using my skills to help people feel happier, be healthier and work smarter.
