Source text - English The parties _______________ (hereinafter ’the Buyer’) and _______________ (hereinafter ’the Seller’) have today, DD month YYYY, signed the following agreement on the purchase of a copy of the work specified below.
1. Scope of the agreement

2. The scope of usage rights granted
2.1.The Buyer’s rights
The rights granted under this agreement entitle the Buyer to the following:
(marked with Q in the box for each right included in the agreement)
to display the work permanently;
to store the work;
to exhibit the work to the public;
to produce copies of the work or of a part of the work for information purposes for a catalogue or an exhibition, or for information and research purposes;
to produce a necessary number of copies for displaying, presenting or otherwise making the work available to the public, in any technical format.
2.2. The Buyer's obligations
Under the rights granted by this agreement, the Buyer shall ensure the following:
the author's name is mentioned in conjunction with any public presentation and/or display of the work and in all copies of the work in accordance with good practice,
the work is not altered or linked or included in another work in such a way, or presented in such a context, which would harm the author's reputation or honour,
the author's right of access can be reasonably enforced, and the requirements set out in the Act on the Classification of Audiovisual Programmes (775/2000) are complied with when making the work available to the public.
2.3. Buyer’s right of transfer of contractual rights
The Buyer shall not have the right to transfer to a third party the rights granted by this agreement without the Seller's written consent.
Translation - Ukrainian Сторони_____________ (надалі «Покупець») і ________ (надалі «Продавець») сьогодні, дд.чч.рр., підписали цей договір для придбання дублікату робіт, описаних нижче.

2. Свобода використання прав гарантується
2.1.Права покупця
Права, що гарантуються цим договором, дають право Покупцю на наступне:

постійно демонструвати твір;
зберігати твір;
експонувати твір;
робити копії твору або частини твору для інформатифних цілей каталогів чи виставок, або наукових досліджень;
робити необхідну кількість копій для демонстрації, показу або іншим чином забезпечити доступність твору в будь-якому технічному форматі.
2.2. Обов'язки Покупця
Відповідно до отриманих за цим договором прав Покупець повинен гарантувати, що:
ім'я автора буде згадуватись у разі будь-якої публічної презентації і/ або показу твору та в усіх копіях твору згідно прийнятих норм,
твір не буде змінений, об'єднаний або включений в інші роботи таким чином, і не існуватиме в такому контексті, який завдасть шкоди репутації і честі автора,
автору буде забезпечено належним чином право доступу, і буде гарантоване дотриамння вимог, встановлених в Акті класифікації аудіовізуальних програм (775/2000), при оприлюдненні твору.
2.3. Право Покупця на передачу прав передбачених договором
Покупець не має права передавати третім особам прав, гарантованих цим договором, без письмової згоди Продавця.
