Hi my name is Thomas, I am a Chinese to English and English to Chinese freelance translator. I am a native Chinese speaker born and raised in Taiwan, between 2001 and 2010 I moved to the US for my high school and college education. While studying in the US I also worked in various lines of work. After returning to Taiwan in 2010 I worked as an international sales representative for an adhesive tape manufacturing company, initially handling the Middle East region and later Africa continent. I worked as a part time freelance translator while I was still with the company, and have gained valuable experience translating for both private and public sectors, projects that ranges from tourism to annual financial statement for various companies. In October 2015, couple of fellow translators/editors and I decided to invest our entire life into the world of translation, and this is where I am now!
