Source text - English All rates in this agreement are quoted in local currency per room per night and are inclusive of all applicable taxes, buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner (Ultra AM Inclusive accommodation) and are non-commissionable, unless otherwise stated by the Hotel to the Company.However, the Hotel reserves the right to amend the rates to reflect any increase in applicable in applicable consumer prices indices,or the existing municipality fees, or the imposition by the Government of the territory off any new or increased taxes or levies. These rates are for the use of bona fide customers travelling on an individual basis for leisure purposes and are not applicable to groups (10 rooms and above), trade missions, exhibition delegates or corporate/business travellers. The rates quoted in this agreement are for use of holiday packages and inclusive Tours only. Thus, the base room rates may not be exposed in any form of publication and moreover have to be hidden in packages and/or tours. A minimum mark-up of 20% is required before the rates reach the end consumer in order to maintain rate parity. The rates are valid upon request only, or within the room allotment, if agreed on and slated on the rate sheet. Should clients wish to extend their stay beyond the period originally booked and confirmed by the company, the hotel will apply the Best Available Rate for the extended period, unless the accommodation extension request is channelled to the Hotel through the Company.
Rates, validity and applicable markets for the individual Hotel, along with other policies and product description are contained in this agreement in the pages listed below : Pages 4. 7.
Translation - French Tous les tarifs dans cet accord sont cités dans la devise locale par chambre, par nuit et incluent toutes les taxes applicables, Buffet petit déjeuner et diner (Hébergement Ultra tout compris) sont sans commission à moins d’être stipulé par l’hôtel à la compagnie. Cependant l’hôtel se réserve le droit de modifier les tarifs pour refléter toute augmentation d’indices applicables des prix du consommateur, ou les frais de municipalité, ou l’imposition par le gouvernement du territoire de toutes nouvelles taxes ou impôts.
Ces tarifs sont à usage des clients individuels et de bonne foi voyageant à intervalle régulier à des fins de loisir et ne sont pas applicables aux groupes (10 chambres et plus), missions de commerce, délégués d’exposition ou voyageurs d’entreprises/affaires.
Les tarifs cités dans cet accord sont seulement à l’usage des séjours organisés et des tours tout inclus. Ainsi, les tarifs de base de chambre peuvent n’être exposé à aucune forme de publication et de plus être dissimulés des séjours/circuits. Une majoration minimum de 20% est requise avant que les tarifs parviennent aux consommateurs afin de maintenir la parité du tarif.
Les tarifs sont valides uniquement sur demande, au sein des chambres allouées, si approuvés et indiqués dans la page des taux.
Si les clients désirent prolonger leur durée de séjour au-delà de la période initialement réservée et confirmée par la compagnie, l’hôtel appliquera le meilleur taux de tarif pour la période prolongée, à moins que la demande d’extension d’hébergement à l’hôtel passe par la Compagnie.
