For more than ten years, Hai Lan company has been continuously engaged in adjusting management philosophy, through concentrating on interflow of materials, products, design, management and production capacity resources in a whole, they succeeded in making industry chain strategy alliance and accomplished successful transition from traditional manufacturing to service economy as well as headquarters economy, moving forward on a road of transformation and upgrading. During the last few years, value of Hai Lan company retail sales increased at the speed of 30% every year .
By the end of 2014, Hai Lan company had already set up more than 3500 franchised stores across the country; compared to the previous year, annual retail sales total value growing rate has exceeded 40%. Under general conditions of decline in overall performance of apparel industry, Hai Lan company acquired rapid development, thus creating miracle. On November 29, 2013, Hai Lan company by means of Shell Keno Technology assets reorganization obtained CSRC (China Securities Regulatory Commission ) approval, from that moment further development of Hai Lan group turned a new page. 1. 目的
本操作指导书旨在对本公司热处理工艺进行标准化，规范不同工艺间的转换操作，确保产品质量的全体下提高生产效率。
2. 适用范围
本指导书适合本公司所有用途的热处理操作，主要涵盖全处理退火工艺，转子退火工艺（取向钢退火工艺），半处理退火工艺，硅钢高温退火工艺。
2.1 全处理退火工艺(FP cycle)主要适用于全处理钢定子产品退火。
2.2 转子退火工艺（Rotor cycle）主要适用于半处理钢转子产品退火，取向电工钢产品退火。
2.3 半处理退火工艺(CRML Cycle)主要适用于半处理钢定子产品及进口半处理钢产品。
注：具体每种产品适用退火工艺应查阅本作业指导书附件《产品热处理工艺一览表》。

1. Goal
The purpose of this operational guidebook is to carry out standardization of heat treatment technology , to standardize different transition operations so as to ensure that product quality in a whole will increase production efficiency.
2. Range of application
This guidebook is intended for all heat treatment technology operations carried out by this company, mainly covering full annealing technology, rotor annealing technology (orientation to steel annealing technology), semi annealing technology, silicon steel high temperature annealing technology.
2.1. Full annealing technology (FP cycle) is mainly applied for complete treatment of steel stator products annealing.
2.2. Rotor annealing technology (Rotor cycle) is mainly applied for semi treatment of steel rotor products annealing, oriented to electrical engineering steel products annealing.
2.3. Semi annealing technology (CRML Cycle) is mainly applied for semi treatment of steel stator products as well as for the imported semi treated steel products.
Note: Applicable annealing technology for product in particular should be checked in appendix to this guidebook (Table of Product Heat Treatment Technology).
