I Rohit Parmar, adult Indian Inhabitant, the Constituted Attorney of the Plaintiffs, having address at 6, Shushma Flats, Opp. Municipal Ground, Near Navrangpura Bus-stand, Ahmedabad-380 009 do hereby swear and state as under:
1. I say that I am the Constituted Attorney of the Plaintiff and conversant with the facts of the above ease on the basis of documents, information and instructions made available to me by the plaintiffs and their legal advisers, all of which I verily believe to be true and am able to depose thereto. I am authorized by the Plaintiffs to file this Affidavit in support of the Plaintiffs’ application for arrest of the Defendant Vessel, I have verified the Plaint for and on behalf of the Plaintiff. The Plaintiff has filed the above suit against the Defendants, interalia, praying for an Order and Decree directing them to pay to the Plaintiff for the principal amount of USD US $ 47,092,790.74 plus GBP 4,750 together

CAPE CLIMBER together with her hull, engines, gears, tackles, bunkers machinery, apparel, plant, furnitures, fixtures, appurtenances and paraphernalia, which is presently lying at MUNDRA Pori; for ad-interim reliefs for arrest; for costs of the Suit; and for other reliefs, as more particularly set out in the Plaint. 1 say that the Plaintiffs' claim is for maritime claim arising out of use and hire under Charter party. The Plaintiffs claim and reliefs are more particularly set out in the Plaint and for the sake of brevity and convenience, I repeat, reiterate and confirm all that is stated in the Plaint and pray that all and singular statements, averments and submissions made in the Plaint, be deemed to have been specifically incorporated herein and forming part of this Affidavit. The process begins with the sketch done to illustrate the style conceived by the Celine designers team.
STEP 2 I LAST
Just like the RTW designer works on the volume of a garment, the last maker interprets the sketch to create the shape of the shoe creating the last.
STEP 3 I STRUCTURE
The structure (heel+sole) plays a double function in the shoe construction. It defines the style of the shoe and it has a key role
in ensuring the correct and comfortable walk.
STEP 4 I CUTTING
All the materials (leather parts. reinforcements...) that go into the making of the upper, are cut out.
For the leather only- selected flawless parts are cut and used.
STEP 5 I UPPER
The pieces of leather are sewn together to form the upper. The most complex part of the Essential line manufacture, is the stitching of the V-neck which is done by hand and requires time and great meticulousness.

Все начинается с эскиза, который передает стиль изделия, задуманный командой дизайнеров Celine.
ЭТАП 2 I КОЛОДКА
Объем необходим не только платьям и юбкам. По эскизу дизайнеров мастер изготавливает колодку, создавая форму изделия.
ЭТАП 3 I КАРКАС
Каркас изделия (каблук + подошва) выполняет сразу две задачи в конструкции изделия. От него зависит не только внешний вид обуви, но и ее удобство, а также правильная походка.
ЭТАП 5 I ВЕРХ
Куски кожи сшивают вместе и получают верх изделия. При изготовлении обуви линии Essential самый сложный этап – прошивка треугольного выреза. Строчка выполняется вручную и требует много времени и особой тщательности.
ЭТАП 4 I ВЫКРОЙКА
На этом этапе вырезают все материалы (кожаные части, вставки и т.д.).
Только безупречные кожаные элементы пойдут на пошив изделия.
