Translation - English Holter monitor was recorded for a total of 24:00 hours. The total number of heartbeats analysed was 83900. Detection guidances were CM5, MAVF, CM1. Sinus heart rhythm can be detected during the whole monitoring period, and sinus arrhythmia was found. Average ventricular rate was 58 beats/minute and the minimum ventricular rate was 34 beats/minute which occurred at 05:00. Maximum ventricular rate was 118 beats/minute which occurred at 13: 54. The longest R-R period was 1.79+ seconds which occurred at 04:38 and indicated a sinus bradycardia cycle. There were a total of 4 isolated atrial premature beats. No paroxysmal ST-segment change was seen.
Diagnosis from Holter Monitor:
1. Sinus heart rhythm and sinus arrhythmia.
2. episodic atrial premature beats.
