Source text - English Risk of Loss. The risk of hazard or casualty loss or damage to Property shall be borne by the Seller until transfer of title. If casualty loss prior to Closing exceeds 10% of the Purchase Price, Seller or Buyer may elect to terminate this Agreement with a refund of Earnest Money to Buyer.
Translation - Spanish Riesgo de pérdida. El Vendedor asumirá todo riesgo de peligro o siniestro sobre el Inmueble hasta que se efectúe la transferencia del dominio. En el caso de que la pérdida previa a la Fecha de Cierre de la operación exceda un 10% del Precio de la Compraventa, el Vendedor o el Comprador podrán convenir en rescindir el presente Contrato, en cuyo caso se deberá reembolsar al Comprador el dinero entregado en concepto de Seña.
