E se in agosto vi trovaste su una spiaggia quasi deserta o a mangiar pesce su una strana palafitta in acqua? Non sarebbe un luogo esotico, ma il Gargano, la parte più settentrionale della Puglia.
Magari avete parcheggiato a Bosco Isola e attraversato la macchia mediterranea che separa il mare dal Lago di Varano, per ritrovarvi su una lingua di sabbia finissima. Da lì s’intravede il profilo delle Isole Tremiti, a un’ora di navigazione da Rodi Garganico o 20 minuti in elicottero da Foggia. Fate i naufraghi per un giorno, in giro per baie, grotte, falesie, torri e fondali multicolore. Lungo la costa da Vieste a Peschici s’incontrano giganteschi marchingegni a picco sull’acqua: sono gli antichi trabucchi, un sistema di pesca straordinario, oggi ristoranti sul mare. Per la notte ci sono le casette ristrutturate di Vico del Gargano, che ha il centro storico trasformato in un “albergo diffuso”. Siete nel cuore dell’Oasi Agrumaria e della Foresta Umbra tra i luoghi più suggestivi del Parco Nazionale del Gargano. La strada litoranea da Vieste a Manfredonia regala mare cristallino e costa spettacolare, come la baia di Pugnochiuso e quella di Vignanotica.
Ma il Gargano non è solo mare, è terra di fede e la massima espressione della devozione cristiana con il Santuario di San Michele Arcangelo a Monte Sant’Angelo e Padre Pio a San Giovanni Rotondo.
Un itinerario poco conosciuto, ma sorprendente è quello dei Monti Dauni, con città dal passato glorioso, come Lucera; borghi tra i più belli d’Italia come Bovino e cattedrali suggestive, come quella di Troia.
Dimenticate l’orologio e abbandonatevi a un viaggio “lento”, diventate cercatori di chicche gastronomiche e assaggiate i “piatti della memoria”. Intorno a voi colline arse dal sole, boschi rigogliosi e orti dei sapori perduti.

Source text - Russian АНСАМБЛЬ ХАКАССКОГО ТАНЦА "КŸН CУЗЫ"
Ансамбль хакасского танца «Кÿн Сузы» («Луч солнца») создан в целях популяризации хакасской традиционной культуры в сфере хореографического искусства и, несмотря на свою молодость, широко известен в регионах России и за ее пределами. На сегодняшний день ансамбль является лауреатом нескольких международных фестивалей: - лауреат II степени фестиваля-конкурса национальных коллективов «Сердце Азии» (2008); - лауреатом I степени международного фестиваля «Жемчужный хоровод» (Болгария, 2008) и фестиваля национальных культур «Радуга дружбы» (Кызыл, 2010). В 2011 году совместная программа фольклорного ансамбля «Улгер» и «Кÿн Сузы» «Сыбiр Чир Усту» была представлена в Каннах на XIV Фестивале российского искусства. За время своего существования ансамбль «Кÿн Сузы» из коллектива любителей-энтузиастов вырос в профессиональный хореографический ансамбль. На сегодняшний день он официально является одним из творческих коллективов Хакасской республиканской филармонии имени В. Г. Чаптыкова. Выступления этого самобытного коллектива, активно пропагандирующего хакасские традиционные фольклорные традиции, оставляют неизгладимые впечатления у широкого круга зрителей. Хакасские национальные танцы под звучные и завораживающие народные мелодии в оригинальной аранжировке дополняются живым аккомпанементом народных инструментов, горловым пением ансамбля «Улгер» и неповторимыми традиционными хакасскими костюмами. Ансамбль «Кÿн Сузы» успешно представлял Хакасию на региональных этнофестивалях в Тыве, Томске, был участником III и IV Международных музыкальных фестивалей стран Азиатско-Тихоокеанского региона.

Il Complesso di danza della Khakassia "Kÿn Suzy" ("Il raggio del sole") è fondato con l'obiettivo di diffondere la cultura tradizionale della Khakassia nell’ambito dell’arte coreografica e, nonostante la sua giovinezza, è molto famoso in Russia e all’estero. Oggi il complesso è vincitore di alcuni festival internazionali: - vincitore del II premio al Festival-concorso dei collettivi nazionali "Il cuore dell’Asia" (2008); - vincitore del I premio al Festival internazionale "Il girotondo delle perle" (Bulgaria, 2008) e al Festival delle culture nazionali "L’arcobaleno dell'amicizia" (Kyzyl, 2010). Nel 2011 il programma congiunto del Gruppo folkloristico "Ulger" e "Kÿn Suzy" dal nome di "Sybyr Chir Ustu" è stato presentato a Cannes al XIV Festival dell’arte russa. Durante la sua vita il complesso "Kÿn Suzy" si è trasformato dal collettivo di amatori ed entusiasti in complesso folkloristico professionale. Al giorno d’oggi è ufficialmente uno dei collettivi artistici della Filarmonica repubblicana della Khakassia V. Chaptykov. Le esibizioni di questo caratteristico collettivo, impegnato nella diffusione delle tradizioni folkloristice della Khakassia, regalano agli spettatori emozioni indelebili. Le danze nazionali della Khakassia, in un arrangiamento originale con le sonanti e incantevoli melodie popolari, sono accompagnate dal vivo da strumenti popolari, dal canto di gola del Complesso "Ulger" e dai costumi tradizionali della Khakassia. Il Compesso "Kÿn Suzy" ha rappresentato la Khakassia con successo agli etnofestival regionali a Tyva, Tomsk, ed ha partecipato al III e IV Festival musicale internazionale dei Paesi della regione dell'Asia e del Pacifico.

Source text - English Between 2000 and 2011, Kazakhstan's economy grew by an average of 8.4 per cent. The country’s foreign policy has proven effective in balancing international interests as Kazakhstan continues to forge its path into international and regional organisations. But Kazakhstan also faces hurdles to its growth ahead. The ongoing slump in oil prices, the contraction of the Russian economy and the economic slowdown of China, have led to slower growth, reduced external demand, increased inflation rates and currency depreciation.
Kazakhstan plans on buffering these negative trends in the long-term by investing in the diversification of the economy to avoid a continued overreliance on oil. The political will to implement structural economic reform and improve the business environment exists. The Nurly Zhol (Bright Path) economic stimulus programme seeks to modernise the industrial sector and propel infrastructural development. Key industries for the diversification of the economy have been identified and detailed action plans have been launched. To be successful, however, these ambitious plans must be supplemented by governance reform, clear strategies for attracting FDIs, and proving to foreign investors that the institutional system is transparent and accountable.

Внешняя политика страны оказалась эффективной для обеспечения сбалансированности международных интересов, в то время как Казахстан продолжает прокладывать свой путь в международные и региональные организации. Однако Казахстан также сталкивается с условиями, препятствующими дальнейшему росту. Продолжающееся падение цен на нефть, сокращение экономической активности в России и замедление темпов экономического развития Китая привели к замедлению роста, сокращению внешнего спроса, увеличению инфляции и девальвации валюты.
Казахстан планирует уменьшить воздействие этих негативных тенденций в долгосрочной перспективе путём инвестиций в диверсификацию экономики, чтобы избежать продолжающейся чрезмерной зависимости от нефти. При этом имеется политическая воля провести структурные экономические реформы и улучшить условия ведения бизнеса. Программа по стимулированию экономики «Нурлы Жол» («Светлый путь») направлена на модернизацию промышленного сектора и содействие развитию инфраструктуры. Для диверсификации экономики были определены ключевые отрасли промышленности и приведены к исполнению детальные планы действий. Source text - Italian In tema di valutazione d'azienda esistono diversi metodi applicabili quali:
- metodi patrimoniali
- metodi reddituali
- metodi misti
- metodi finanziari.
I metodi patrimoniali si basano sul principio di valutazione analitica dei singoli elementi dell'attivo e del passivo componenti il capitale. Tali metodi comportano la revisione legale dei conti degli elementi attivi e passivi, la riespressione in termini di valori correnti degli elementi attivi non monetari, determinando così una serie di plusvalenze o minusvalenze, e l'attualizzazione del valore dei crediti e debiti differiti.
I metodi reddituali si basano sulla considerazione che il valore attribuibile ad una azienda non possa essere altro che il valore attuale dei redditi prospettici. Tale funzione presenta differenti strutture a seconda che i redditi si presumano di durata indefinita o di durata limitata nel tempo.
Due sono gli aspetti centrali nel procedimento reddituale di valutazione dell'azienda:
- la scelta del tasso di rendimento normale
- la scelta del reddito medio atteso.
Per ciò che concerne il primo aspetto, abbiamo considerato il criterio del tasso opportunità, consistente nella scelta di un tasso equivalente al rendimento offerto da investimenti alternativi a parità di rischio; ciò si estrinseca nella forma i= r+s in cui r indica una costante del saggio di remunerazione degli investimenti senza rischi ed s indica un indice quantitativo dell'intensità del rischio d'impresa.
Per ciò che concerne la scelta del reddito, abbiamo considerato i redditi storici normalizzati; abbiamo cioè modificato i redditi contabili procedendo all'eliminazione di eventuali:
- proventi e conti straordinari
- proventi e conti estranei alla gestione
- politiche di bilancio e di altre situazioni distorcenti rispetto al fine
- componenti di reddito apparenti.
I metodi misti permettono di considerare contemporaneamente gli aspetti reddituali e patrimoniali.
I metodi finanziari si basano sul principio che il valore attribuito ad una azienda sia determinato dai flussi di cassa prodotti dalla gestione nel periodo di previsione, tenuto conto dei valori terminali, delle attività e degli indebitamenti.
Translation - English There are different methods applicable in business valuation:
- asset-based methods
- income-based methods
- mixed methods
- financial methods.
Asset-based methods stand on the principle of analytical valuation of single assets and liabilities that constitute the equity. Such methods entail an external audit of assets and liabilities, a re-expression of non-monetary assets in terms of present values, thus defining the number of capital gains or capital losses and discounting the value of deferred credits and debts.
Income-based methods stand on the assumption that the value attributed to the company is expressed in the present value of future earnings. This function has different structures depending on whether the earnings are taken as indefinite or limited in time.
The income-based business valuation procedure has two core aspects:
- the definition of the normal rate of return
- the definition of the expected average income.
As for the first aspect, we have considered the opportunity rate parameter which consists in the definition of a rate equivalent to the yield offered by alternative investments with the same risk; it can be expressed with the formula i= r+s, where r indicates a constant of the investment return rate without risks and s stands for a quantitative index of the company’s business risk.
As for the definition of income, we have considered the normalised earnings history; we have, thus, modified the accounting earnings by eliminating any possible:
- extraordinary proceeds and accounts
- proceeds and accounts not related to the management
- budgetary policies and other distorting conditions affecting the correct presentation of the accounting situation
- apparent income components.
Mixed methods allow the consideration of both income- and asset-related aspects at the same time.
Financial methods are based on the principle that the value attributed to a company depends on the cash flows generated through its management in the forecast period while considering the terminal values, the assets and the indebtedness.
