Malay to English: Pemanasan Global (Global Warming)
Source text - Malay Pemanasan global ialah fenomena yang menyumbang kepada peningkatan suhu dunia. Suhu bumi telah meningkat dua darjah dan kadarnya berbeza mengikut benua dan kawasan tertentu. Kajian mendapati bahawa kawasan Artik lebih cenderung untuk menjadi panas berbanding kawasan lain. Selain itu, perubahan iklim biasanya berlaku dalam tempoh 10,000 tahun tetapi kini perubahan iklim berubah dalam tempoh 100 tahun sahaja dengan jarak hanya 2 generasi sahaja. Kajian juga mendapati bahawa 98% punca pemanasan global adalah kerana pelepasan karbon dioksida yang terjadi akibat pembakaran fosil bahan bakar yang telah dilakukan sejak abad ke-18. Perubahan penggunaan tanah menyumbang 30 peratus pelepasan karbon dioksida. Kesan rumah hijau lebih hebat dan iklim dunia akan berubah secara mendadak tanpa dapat dibendung lagi.
Translation - English Global warming is a phenomenon that contributes to the change of world climate. Earth's temperature has increased by two degrees and the rate varies by continent and area. Studies have found that the Arctic region tends to get hotter compared to other regions. On top of that, climate change usually occurs over a period of 10,000 years but now climate change is changing over a period of 100 years with a gap of only 2 generations. The study also found that 98% of the cause of global warming is due to the release of carbon dioxide which is caused by the burning of fossil fuels that have been done since the 18th century. The change of land use contributes 30 percent of carbon dioxide emissions. The impact of greenhouses is even greater and the world's climate will change drastically and unstoppable.

Born in Sabah, Malaysia to a bilingual family, I grow up speaking English and Bahasa Melayu.
