8.0 WINDING EXAMPLE ONE
The CWC-01 controller contains 999 memory steps. By defining the "region", users can effectively manage the memory. Various winding parameters can be stored in different regions and can be retrieved instantaneously. Follow steps 1-3 to program the winding parameter (as in the example).
1. MEMORY RANGE SELECTION
Determine the range for the winding step. You must specify the starting step and the ending step.
Specifying starting step:
(Start step number) (the range is 0~999)
Specifying ending step:
(End step number) (the range is 0~999)
When programming the step number, the ending step number must not be smaller than the starting step number, or winding will not start. If during programming, the displayed step number is the desired number, just press the key. If a wrong number is entered, press to zero the value, and re-enter the correct number.
The machine contains 999 memory steps. The number of steps depends on the product. If one bobbin has two sections (as the drawing), it needs 2 steps.
1. EXAMPLE
The bobbin is as in the drawing:
Winding parameter:
WIRE SIZE: AWG 28 ~ 0.32MM
WINDING TURNS: 800 TURNS
WIDTH: 25MM
This product is just using 1 step. You decide to use step [11] to store the data for that product.
Starting step: 11
Ending step: 11
2. PROGRAMMING PARAMETERS
In idle mode, press to set the programming mode for the winding parameter.
Step display shows the starting step
The ‘start point’ indicator will light.
The starting position will display at the parameter display. The starting position can be changed by pressing the numerical key followed by ; or pressing the key if no change is necessary.
After setting the starting position, the step number in the step display will automatically increase by one. Continue with the starting position selection for the next step. When the step number becomes larger than the final step number, it will return to the starting step number and the indicator light will change from “parameter to width”. Repeat the same procedure using numerical keys and the key; the winding parameters for each step can thus be programmed.
START POINT:
The starting position of the spreader shaft is calculated by the distance from the end of the spreader shaft .to the ‘home’ position. The range is 0~999.99mm.
WIDTH:
The width for guiding the wire. The range is 0~999.99mm.
2. EXAMPLE
Press to enter programming mode for your winding parameters.
After pressing , the step display will show [11] (the starting step) The [start point] LED will light to show that you are entering a winding parameter. The display will show the value of your starting position.
ENTERING THE START POINT:
(assuming the starting position value is 45mm you enter 4500, i.e. 45.00 mm). Or move the winding head to the start position using the buttons, & press .
ENTERING THE WIDTH:
The width is 25mm so you enter 2500, i.e. 25.00mm; or move the head & press [ENTER], as above.
3. WIRE SIZE
The pitch per turn (winding apart) or the diameter of the wire (for layer wound coils) . The setting range is [0~9.999] mm. Note that the controller expects 3 decimal places here.
4. TURNS:
The total winding turns. The setting range can choose [0.0~9999.9] turns or [0~99999] turns. This can be adjusted by the internal controller function; the default setting is 0.0~9999.9 turns, i.e. 1 decimal place.
5. HIGH SPEED:
The speed for high-speed winding. Setting range is [0~99%] of the maximum possible speed of the machine, which also depends on its pulley settings. Your choice of speed will depend on your wire thickness, bobbin shape and size, etc.
3. ENTERING THE PITCH:
(Close-wound, the wire size is 0.315mm + enamel so you enter 320, i.e. 0.320 mm.)
4. ENTERING THE TURNS:
(if you choose to wind 800 turns, you enter 8000, i.e. 800.0.)
5. ENTERING HIGH SPEED:
You enter the percentage of the highest rpm, to suit your product. . The value set here is 80%).
6. LOW SPEED:
The speed for low-speed winding. Setting range is [0~99%].
7. RESERVE:
This feature is not currently used.
8. L. S. START:
The number of turns wound at low speed after starting. Setting range is [0~999.9] turns.
6. ENTERING LOW SPEED:
You enter the percentage of the highest speed, depending on your product and the brake settings. (A typical value would be around 7%; here we have entered 10 %.)
7. ENTERING RESERVE:
(Enter 0 in this value).
8. ENTERING THE L.S. START:
Here we set the L.S. START turns to suit your product, the normal setting is 2~5 turns. In the example we have set this feature to 2 turns.
9. L. S. End:
The turns wound at low speed before stopping (deceleration happens during these turns). Setting range is [0~999.9] turns
While programming winding parameters, the following functions are also available:
To change the current data value to zero.
To copy the content of the previous step to the current step; invalid when programming the first step.
To go back to the previous programming step.
To change from one parameter to the next
To change spreader head direction.
To change winding (rotating) direction.
To pause winding at each bobbin edge.
To move the head automatically to the start position
To start winding automatically.
Each time you change the options, the key must pressed to effect the change. Using the above procedure, all the winding parameters and options for each step can be set and checked. When finishing programming, press the key once to leave programming mode and go into idle mode.
9. ENTERING THE L.S. END:
(Greater speed requires more turns for L.S. END to make the machine stop accurately. This depends on the actual effect of the brake. Try 10.)
8.1 START WINDING
When you have finished programming, return to idle condition by pressing [STEP], then you can press [START] on the controller or on the machine, or press the foot switch to start

4. INSERIRE I GIRI:
(Se si sceglie di avere 800 giri, si inserisce 8000, cioè 800,0.)
6. BASSA VELOCITÀ:

L’intervallo delle impostazioni è [0 ~ 99%].
7. RISERVA:
Questa caratteristica attualmente non è utilizzata.
8. PARTENZA A BASSA VELOCITÀ:
7. INSERIMENTO DELLA RISERVA:
(Inserire 0 in questo valore).

There are growing demands from car buyers for more advanced automotive infotainment systems with higher levels of functionality and better quality audio. Car buyers are also starting to expect lower noise levels within the cabin. As a result it is becoming increasingly commonplace for electronic engineers to specify microphones into their system designs so that vehicle occupants have a better user experience while they are travelling.
Typically there are two in-vehicle applications that require a microphone - these are voice detection and active noise cancellation (ANC).
1. Voice detection - This is required for voice streaming to cell phones. It is typically carried out via Bluetooth wireless synchronous transmission.
2. ANC - This is employed for road noise cancellation (RNC) and engine order cancellation (EOC), to reduce road and engine/exhaust noise respectively. It is done through the utilization of advanced digital signal processing (DSP) algorithms, along with the infotainment system’s amplifiers and load speaker outputs to produce amplified anti-phase noise. The adoption of ANC techniques is increasing principally, in both RNC and EOC guises, in internal combustion engine vehicles.
