Source text - English The California Voter’s Choice Act provides the foundational framework for counties throughout the state to develop modern voting systems that expand the voting experience by providing greater flexibility and convenience. The primary elements necessary to deliver the new experience include:
Vote by Mail ballot Drop-off locations available 28 days prior to election day
Expand in-person early voting so Vote Centers are open for an additional 10 days prior to election day
Allow voters to cast ballots at any Vote Center location within their county of residence.
Successful execution of the new voting model required jurisdictions throughout the state to carefully examine their existing conditions and processes, voting technology, budgetary constraints, polling places, and community involvement. In response to these considerations, Los Angeles County developed an innovative approach to developing a new voter experience that incorporates a host of modernized voting methods to transform how people vote.

After I started my journey in Computer Science, I got to know about Mozilla (A global nonprofit organisation) in 2014 where I learned about Localization and its importance to the society. Contribution to Mozilla for around 5 years improved my translation skills in both Hindi and English.
Strong focus on grammar skills for both Hindi and English strengthened my foundation. Living in both semi-urban and urban environment gave me exposure and ability to interchangeably use both Hindi and English.
