English to Romanian: Integrity Survey – let your voice be heard - Sondaj de integritate – spuneți-vă părerea Detailed field: Human Resources

At the X Group, we want to make the future work for everyone, and this includes leading by example in how we conduct our business.
As part of this commitment, we are launching an Integrity Survey to understand our company’s culture of integrity. The survey represents an opportunity for all colleagues to share their perceptions of how our company lives up to our values of integrity and compliance.
To participate, you will receive an email on Monday, 22 June, with your survey link from [email protected]. CultureIQ, an independent consulting firm, is our partner who will be administering the survey for the X Group.
You have from 22 June until Tuesday, 7 July to complete the survey.
Background:
• How will this survey be different from our Great Place to Work and Peakon surveys? The Great Place to Work survey is about job satisfaction and the Peakon survey focuses on employee engagement. The Integrity survey focuses on our culture of integrity and compliance in the company.
• What is an integrity survey? A survey that asks about your perceptions regarding topics such as integrity, ethics, and compliance within our company, your awareness of integrity and compliance matters, and your perceptions regarding reporting misconduct.
• Who will participate in the survey? All employees of the Adecco Group and its brands.
• Are my answers confidential? Yes, survey responses are completely confidential. Results are only reported in aggregate form and are never reported in groups with fewer than 5 respondents.
• How long does it take to complete the survey? About 10 minutes.
• How will the results be used? The survey results will be used to understand our culture of integrity and compliance as a company and where we need to improve.
• When do I see the results? We will share a groupwide summary of the survey results by September 2020.

În cadrul acestui angajament, lansăm un sondaj de integritate destinat să ne ajute să înțelegem cultura de integritate din compania noastră. Sondajul oferă tuturor colegilor posibilitatea să-și împărtășească părerea despre modul în care compania noastră pune în practică valorile noastre de integritate și conformitate.

• Cât durează completarea sondajului? Aproximativ 10 minute.
• Cum vor fi utilizate rezultatele? Rezultatele sondajului vor fi utilizate pentru a înțelege cultura noastră de integritate și conformitate la nivel de companie și aspectele pe care trebuie să îmbunătățim.
• Când văd rezultatele? Vom distribui un rezumat la nivel de grup al rezultatelor sondajului până în septembrie 2020.

Bio
I am a native Romanian sworn translator for Justice Ministry, as well a translator for the chemical field with certificates obtained in Romania. My experience in translations lasts since 2000. I have started at that time with pen on the paper and nowadays I can deal with AI technology, especially MemoQ, Memsource – actually Phrase, Trados, SytCat, Starling etc. and also various programs of the customers for subtitling projects. I own a Trados Studio 2022 licence. I have never worked with XTM, but I think I can learn very quickly as I have adapted myself to the market request.
My background is chemical engineer, and I have studied bio-chemical high-school. Since 2000 I had the good luck to work for foreign companies and on a daily work I have used my technical English knowledges almost 90 %. The rest were for Romanian language. At GEA PT Technology I have even worked for equipment, entire plants to be sold in the chemical and food industry. Than followed the other 2 companies dealing with chemical raw materials. Due to my experience, in the same time I was working, I have been approached to translate various technical documents, user manuals, technical data sheets, technical article and magazines and more. In all these many years of my experience I have had the chance to translate also in the medical field, various medical reports and medical articles, as well as medical devices for blood tests, blood analyses.
Lately, I have worked for the biggest European Subtitling Project called EUROPEANA, the UNESCO heritage for documentaries in various fields. Please, see also my CV. Even if it was a subtitling work, it was translation this time from Romanian into English, as all the EU countries have participated and should have been translated in only one language. https://www.europeana.eu/en In this project, I have translated many documentaries about tourism, geography and history of Romanian and its most popular and big cities.
Beside the a.m. described experience, I have practised a lot in the financial field, business, and commerce. Recently I have participated with a big international company to an auction for the European Parliament Regulations’ translation, but the results will be coming, unfortunately, in a few good months. I have also experience in consumer electronics, E-autos, E-cleaning robots, mowers having worked for more than 5 years with some famous Chinese companies in this field.
